Hot Garbage

Why must this run windows 11?? Why not a more exclusive OS, something more streamlined. Microsoft office? So goofy. Its a gaming handheld. We dont need windows 11. Spent hours upon hours just updating and getting rid of all the crap windows 11 comes with. And then because its windows 11, my pc desktop gets all screwed up. So dumb. Aesthetic is cool, joysticks feel like crap. They should of waited until it was ready for release. At least the steam deck is a more exclusive, streamlined experience. This is just hot garbage. Yes ill be returning the product.

Initally i was super excited to get it. The upon tedting it just did not meet my expectations of portable gaming. Maybe i have too high of expectations. But i started off playing Avowed and at first it was tough to play but then i messed with the settings and it was playable with the graphics obviously being on low settings. I then moved to Indiana Jones. And that again was terrible upon first play. I lowered everything to help with the frame rates but i ended up feeling like I was playing 007 on the N64. I couldent see faces from 10 in game. The cutscenes were decent. I moved on to the next game God of War for the PS5 and it was actually pretty good! I didnt have to mess with the settings too much and the frames were good with it looking pretty good. While playing tho I did run into a sticky right bumper that was the final nail in the coffin. It needs better hardware and manufacturing for me to think its worth the cost

Beware of Updates

I will be buying a new one though as i love that it runs on windows instead of linux.
