Great device but major issues

While playing Diablo 4 the LB button would trigger without me pressing it while selling items and the speakers would make a crackling noise. Did a lot of research and there are issues with the BIOS updates actually decreasing performance and a lot of Micro SD cards just not working with the Ally. I decided to return my device and wait until Asus fixes these issues. Amazing product like I said but poor design with flaws, almost seems rushed.

The screen was stuck on the "connect to a network", wouldn't display any of my networks, and the onscreen keyboard wouldn't show up. I tried restarting the device; didn't help resolve the situation. I tried to get the keyboard to pop up by hitting the M1 + ArrowUp bottom; that didn't work. I ended up having to connect a USB wifi adapter and keyboard to the Rog Ally to setup the internet. After going through the whole ordeal of updating everything, I learned that the RB doesn't work. Too many issues for a $700 device; not worth keeping.

It's regrettable you've encountered issues with your ROG Ally. Try recalibrating your controls via Armoury Crate, You can also try switching between Gamepad and desktop modes. In the meantime, make sure to complete all pending updates on both Armoury Crate and Windows Update. If the issues persist, please contact me if you have any technical or general questions.
