Maybe i just got a dud. Updated the thing, new drivers, the whole shabang. First time booting up a game, temps shot to 100° and stayed. No matter what fan curve i used temps wouldnt come down. Wiped the device, fresh isntall of windows and every other major driver/software. Nothing worked. This was open box but it was labeled "excellent" condition.... not sure how my device got through inspections with temps like that.

Solid product but backup battery is needed.

My biggest issue with the device was that the battery life provided less than two hours of gaming which was a huge disappointment.
