    Little battery i feel they need work more in the life battery bc is little low

    simply awesome and super easy to use. i use a belkin usb-c hub to provide power to the unit and add a mouse/keyboard and hook it to a big monitor/tv. i also use a regular xbox controller.

    Tips. Low idle 3W: Enter bios (reboot and hold down the volume down button), Enable ErB. To disable startup boot sound, also in bios, disable "Animation Post Logo Configuration"

    This thing does wonders, i recommend getting an adapter to plug a keyboard mouse and monitor. Been playing non stop with my son on his pc

    Its good but Windows is not. Windows is a horrid OS for a gaming system. To fully update it takes over 2 hours at least.

    Honestly i didnt have any of the issues that others may have i enjoy the device my only 2 issues is not being able to use a thunderbolt dock and only one usbc port

    I prefer the Steam Deck easily. This is a great device for what it is. I just wish it was more of a console like experience like the Steam Deck. Windows 11 really holds this device back.I tried a different OS ChimeraOS to be exact and it didn't make much of the difference. It just doesn't feel right that's all I got to say. If you love the Steam Deck and everything about it. You'll probably dislike this.

    SD Card Problem

    There's a huge Hardware issue with the Ally. Asus is still currently investigating the issue, but said that they are not experiencing any issues as of yet. The Micro SD Card slot on the top of the device breaks eventually, since the heat vent is right next to it. This is a terrible engineering issue that they have not thought of at the time of creating this device. Unfortunately Asus is not transparent and quite terrible and communicating with the community. It feels as if their product quality has been suffering as of late, especially after their motherboard scandal surfaced earlier of 2023. As of now, Asus can not be trusted as a hardware company and needs to adjust their business strategies to gain trust from the consumer. I absolutely love the Ally and the potential it has, but until Asus fixes their Hardware issues, I would highly suggest to stay away from their brand until reviewers get products that are safe and usable for longer than 2 weeks.

      1. SD card brand and model
      2. SD card capacity
      3. SD card is first time use?
      4. SD card worked on other devices after failing on the Ally?
      5. Thermal profile usually used > Silent / performance / turbo / manual
      If manual, please provide us with the fan curve.
      6. How much storage capacity has been used on the SD card

    Set up was a lot as you want to update windows, asus software and the armory crate but after that a pretty great expirience. Hopefully they continue supporting it with software updates.

    It’s ok very laggy and buggy .it works great sometimes but lord if you don't do windows your done . It’s to freaking much for the basic gamer . The infrastructure is big there . Maybe in time infrastructure is key to a good gaming experience this product is to much updating on this small device . It is not a pleasing experience all the time .
