Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.playing games? yes it works and well, but there is a major design flaw. within 3 weeks the SD card reader stopped working meaning you were limited to the very small 512GB SSD and couldn't add any SD card storage, which also caused me to lose all the games installed on my SD card. Best buy refused to take it back as I was past the return period and ASUS said I had to mail it into them for repair which would have meant I couldn't have it for a month. they should have done better when they found such a wide spread known issue and just done a recall that could be fixed at the place of purchase. I ended up trading it in for a measley 180 credit toward the Lenovo Legion go, which in my opinion is a FAR superior product.

Came broken out of the box. Guess there inspection is not that good. After multiple trips to the store and calling the help center finally got it worked out. Had to pay an additional $200 to get the new one. But it works good and my son likes it. Not sure i would buy an open box item again.

Screen was nice but the touch screen would stop working even after updating all the drivers and Firmware. Battery life seemed okay but I didnt get to run it through its paces. Asus does not have the greatest reputation right now, so its a purchase at your own risk.

Currently submitting a warranty form through ASUS to see if theyll replace it. When it worked, this was the most impressive handheld machine out there. Im very much hoping either ASUS or Best Buy will make this right - this is absolutely a 5 star worthy item but not if its going to fry before the 1 year mark.
