Good, but would have rathered the steamdeck

I mostly use stream based services and probably should have gone with the Steamdeck. Was interested in this because it featured xbox app and i liked the controller layout. Unfortunately non of my games would update on the device.

Had to exchange within 24 hours. 2nd one lasted a few month but now the left joystick is completely useless. For a $700 unit I would hope it would at least last a year. Pretty disappointed. I would avoid.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free. Receiving two devices with issues is random. I am passed my return period so now I'm stuck dealing with Asus's abysmal support. Over 1 week of back and forth and they still have made zero progress. Quite possibly my most disappointing purchase made at BB. Staying far away from anything Asus makes going forward. Why is it so hard for Asus to acknowledge their mistakes and come to a resolution in a reasonable amount of time? Do not give this company your money. And if you are happy with your Ally, just give it time. I bought on release and was happy until forced to deal with Asus support.
