    This thing has had more than one issue it doesn’t play games It’s seem like it’s overheating. The company doesn’t know what to do to fix the problem and the Best Buy pretty much doesn’t know either if the company that made this thing would actually thought long and hard through it together and maybe it would’ve been good Sounds good. I’m not an actuality.

    Sd card read could fry your sd card and the driver support was almost non existent. Z1 Extreme chip is still very capable despite Asus’s poor support

      2. SD card capacity
      3. SD card is first-time use?
      4. SD card work on other devices after failing on the Ally?
      5. Thermal profile usually used > Silent / performance/turbo/manual
      If manual, please provide us with the fan curve.
      6. How much storage capacity has been used on the SD card

    Overall pretty good console - had to replace a few times due to stick drifting — not charging . 3rd times a charm works well so far!

    Can’t launch XBOX APP!

    I wanted to like this system but i could not launch the xbox app after deleting and reinstalling! Also, the EPIC games launcher would not work either. Internet service worked great just the gaming software did not. Very disappointing.

    Got it after talking to a few different people about what capabilities it has and it just underperforms I. My opinion. Most games I’m looking to play have a lot of lag and trying to update drivers has been a nightmare the software to update says they don’t need updated but the games say the do so when so when you finally get the option to update them it will stop updating in the middle and then disappear.

    First one worked great for 2 weeks then the controller buttons stopped working. Got it replaced and second one for first 2 days has been good

    It's a cool item but not really practical. It crashes more than a regular PC. Super hard to get it all working correctly. Definitely not for a novice. Marketed towards kids but it's not seamless or easy to use. It's a PC with a small screen. It's not "BAD" but it's not great either. Playing Fortnite it struggles at 80FPS. Cool item but it's not great. Crashes all the time. Constant updates. Mic doesnt work in most games. Doesnt have an easy headset port. Doesnt have standard ports to hook USB or USBC items. I think we will be returning it.
