    Can't say this is a great product. Nice concept on the go but I specifically purchased this for this one game that I like and I read that it is supposed to run it but for some reason it won't even run on it when I had it. I ended up returning this.

    The windows system is bad. I cannot wake my keyboard when installing windows. And the wake up feature is not working. You cannot wake it up from sleep mode and continue to play last time you paused. Sometimes you could only have voice but no graphic.

    The Worst Service

    The worst in reserve. They still owe me my rog ally and I paid it directly in the store. It is supposed to arrive on 6/13/2023 as it says on the receipt. Several arrived but none was mine. They have the worst service at 00918. The country of the bestbuy trick is not the same in Puerto Rico and the employees are not helpful.

    This pc is as slow as pond water. Wifi slow. Crashed multiple time loading steam. only positive thing about this is you can download games to it unlike the new ps portal. But take hours. Definitely now worth $700 to me.. I'd only give about 350 for it at best.

    Piece of shhh. Updated everything. Used the ASUS branded dock/charger. Played Call Of The Angler like 15 min then boom black screen restart and then it kept vibrating like the charger was plugged and unplugged constantly. I already knew about the bad things, just wanted to test my luck.

    Even if the steamdeck is way weaker, it plays and runs games better since the support from Steam is much better. I honestly regret buying this device and i am 5-10 days outside return policy

    Worst experience with a gaming device I've ever had! The only game I could get to work on steam was call of duty modern warfare. All my other games would crash within an hour of playing them. I spent countless hours adjusting a settings and still no luck. Absolutely waste of time for me.

    Don’t waste your money

    Bought it and was excited it for it. Took a few hours to get everything installed. Played a game and it crashed. Thought it was the game, went on to a different game and it crashed in the same amount of time. Took it back that same day and purchased a gaming laptop from a different store.

    It's awesome but very hard to use. There aren't that many games that have to controls pre made for it. So basically you have to go in and keybind each button. Which for some is not a big deal. I personally think it would be better to get a gaming laptop.

    Messed up A button

    Mine came with a messed up A button, still worked but was way stiffer then the rest. Even with all the updates I still feel like it wasn’t ready yet. Constant lag on sports game so don’t even try it if you play 2k, madden or fifa

    broken joystick fresh out of box

    Got this item used excellent condition. Left joy stick only goes up and down. Piece of garbage. Now got hall joysticks coming to try and replace so I can actually use this thing. Worst experience of my life fresh out of the box didn't even work.

    Right bumper is not working

    I really cant say much about this device yet. It has so much potential but out of the box my bumper started to make odd rounds and doesnt have complete range of motion as compared to the other bumper. I will need to exchange.

    Asus is a JOKE, RMA and returned more Broken

    Don't buy, Plenty of people including my self have had to send it in for RMA. When I received it back from RMA after 28days it was more broken then when I sent it in if that is even possible. Asus customer service and RMA department will do more damage then good.

    BROKEN AFTER 1 MONTH LIGHT USE.

    I got this for Christmas from my wife. She bought it around black Friday. Today the joy stick decided to drift and will not work. About 2 weeks out of the return window and now i don't know what to do. $600 down the drain.

    When it played it was nice unfortunately it always froze up.Definitely not user friendly. Return it got my $ back
