    18 days after returning prior Ally due to micro SD card reader failure, this love has done the same thing. Brand new system with a brand new micro SD card. That's twice in under 4 months. Would not recommend until Asus figures their stuff out.

    The Micro SD card reader stopped working just after the return window. I may change the review depending on how the RMA process goes.

    Had nothing but problems with this. I tried numberous games and only a few worked. Some of the features had potential but too many negatives. Go get a steam deck instead, that is way more of a quality product.

    Couldn't really give a good review as both left and right triggers aren't working, the left joystick isn't working and right joystick has a stick drift going to left. Had to return it.

    Better off getting Steam Deck. Loved this product at first. Played with it a couple days (not even a week) and it broke. Stuck on Republic of Gamers screen. Can’t even access BIOS. Nothing worked to fix. Sending back!

    Best buy cant be trusted

    Bestbuy fumbled this entirely and i never recieved my unit. Ended up getting a refund almost 3 weeks later. Dont order from them online. They wont do anything to make it right

    Lags and glitch too much. Freezes at times. Worst investment I’ve made. It might get better later on with updates or what not but right now it’s garbage.

    When your smartphone runs programs smoother than a 800 dollar handheld, you need to ask yourself if you really need the handheld in the first place. Maybe they'll fix it eventually, but the early patches really made most games unplayable.

    Returned it. Poor operating using the windows os with many stutters. Very bad drift on analogs, didnt stop when they should in fps games.

    I returned this. It was glitchy. The games I played seemed like they weren’t supported. I didn’t want to waste my time so I just returned it. And I still haven’t received my refund

    Wait and save your money

    Didn’t run games good enough , I tried remnant 2 , call of duty , performance was terrible even after all the updates. Don’t recommend buying this until better firmware and software for current games are better .
