    The product is great. Unfortunately it is sold by Best Buy who looks at job applicants and has a requirement that involves being one of a few certain ethnicities.

    Bit of a piece of junk tbh. I was super thrilled to finally get one but it wouldnt play anything but streaming games, which isnt always an option.

    Not what I expected… the ease of playing some pc games offline was not as easy as I wanted. Played game well but for the games I like to play aren’t offline games

    It's a mini handheld gaming laptop... Which can become a DECENT gaming desktop with the correct attachments. With its small included screen, most games look fantastic, and it's refresh rate is... Refreshing (please forgive my awful pun). While some may like systems like Valve's Steam Deck for it's better low end performance, but the Ally simply has more power, and can use even more when plugged in... Or even the cloud gaming Logitech offering... Though I'm not one of those by a long shot. In my opinion, while there other options, the Ally is a decent computer in a handheld system that has even better power when attached to Asus's XG Mobile EGPU. Even on its own, though? It's a surprisingly good computer. The storage is a bit small, but easily modified.

    Inside 30 days, the left joystick no longer registers left and right movement. Store will not allow return after 15 days. DO NOT BUY! (Hands down the worst review I have ever had to write)

    This product is faulty. The port went out two days after I could no longer return it. I have had nothing but problems since I bought this.

    Ahile downloading games, it took three days to download one game. I couldn’t play the game that took forever to download due to the buttons not lining uo correctly with the game

    Bought the ROG Ally and returned if within 20 min as when i turned it on the screen would cut off if held a certain way. Terrible QC with ASUS and BestBuy

    Freezes and I had 2 I called customer service and they were amazed when I showed them that I wasn’t lying. Has potential tho I’m hoping they fix this or maybe it’s my luck
