The device does play PS5 games without problems. Usually, updating the BIOS, Windows and drivers will improve system stability and performance allowing PS5 games play seamlessly.

If you are experiencing system crash or performance issue with the laptop, check if the laptop is running with the most current BIOS version posted at. Also, verify if Windows and drivers are updated in order to maintain optimum system stability and performance. While accessing cloud gaming, please check if the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance.
