It’s the closest thing to having a handheld Xbox that I could’ve hoped for! A bit of a learning curve for people not used to PC gaming but in the end my experience was amazing. Great product.

I have had this for about a month now and have had no issues, runs every game I have thrown at it exceptionally well. Highly recommended.

But im ready im ready for intergalactic multidimensional aliens, zombie military, butt kicking I’m ready to take the red pill and see how deep the rabbit hole really goes. 

Love it. Just wish the battery lasted longer. It usually has to stay plugged in to play.

I would like to have one of these on my hands , no need a laptop when u can have this console indeed.

Gaming with this for any shooter games isnt ideal. Maybe its just my hands but i can't keep the whole rig from sliding down. Racing and other games are awesome though! But on some games it switches the controls back to the on screen controls which i dont like and sometimes i have to restart it to being back the controller controls.

Gaming powerhouse in the palm of your hand. Got this to use in hotels with a dock to the tv. Paired it with Bluetooth mouse keyboard and headset.

Honestly love that I can play games not from Steam on this device, but I do dislike some of the weird gimmicky stuff that Windows 11 offers to the gaming handheld. Drivers sometimes don't work and you have to figure everything out on how to fix them. Fantastic specs and is very comfortable to hold. Had to fix my Micro SD card drivers since Windows 11 doesn't like the custom Micro SD card slot for some reason. Make sure to check out all the windows updates and don't let it update drivers automatically.

Rog Ally pairs the diverse functionality of windows with a handheld form factor better than any device available. As a steam deck and ayaneo owner, this device is the winner.

Its been a good handheld so far. Runs my games smoothly. The graphics look good. My only complaints so far: on the initial setup there is no way to pull up the on-screen keyboard so to completely the set-up, you have to plug in a keyboard. My only other complaint is more of a wanted feature on the command pallet. I wish it displayed the device power so i can quickly check while im playing a game.

Love this little machine. It can handle pretty much anything. Love being able to play this thing anywhere.

it's so far been an amazing purchase. I'm actually planning to replace my desktop PC with it. I bought a ThinkPad thunderbolt dock and will be setting it up pretty soon.

I think this thing is awesome. Coming from the Gameboy generation who would’ve thought we’d be here?? Have played a few games and the quality is great. I got mine as an open box deal, and unfortunately noticed the right stick would drift. My husband noticed the touch screen didn’t seem as responsive. Brought it to Best Buy and they sent it out for repair which will take 2-3 weeks they said. Hoping it’s fixed when I get it back because I love this thing.

Love it, my grandson can multi task on it Ex: Homework, games, email etc.. Not bulky and can bring anywhere. Great product!

i had the chance of trying out the rog ally z1 not the extreme and i feel like there is a big diffrence between the two i tried getting most AAA games above 30 fps but i failed and saw a lot of videos on how to do so but failed for some reason i feel that is a great device but i also feel that if you really want to experience this debice at full potential you have to get the z1 extreme

I purchased an open box item in excellent condition, I received my shipment on time and was in the condition expected. The only thing was it was mising the power supply. So I looked up the customer service number online and called to explain the issue and the missing item that was expected to have in the box, given the specified condition on your website on what's included in excellent condition open box items missing the user manual which was expected and explained in the description and definition of the condition. The call center was helpful, except being able to provide me with a replacement, they stated the only thing I could do was drive to a local store and they could provide me with a replacement or and item that would compatible. I asked if they knew for sure they would have a suitable replacement, they said yes they would. I asked if there was way to talk with the store directly to insure the item was there. They stated their's no direct number and I cannot transfer your call, so this was very inconvenient with the store being 40.mins away and there's no guarantee the items was even available. So I drove to the maple grove, mn location the customer greeters were very helpful, I was pointed in the direction of the service counter and explained my issue. An associate then walked me over to the section where the after market charges were located. There wasn't a specific item that was compatible it was just generic brands and not the actual factory item. I was concerned with this because the Asus Ally Rog has a specified power supply needs and I didnt want to under or overpower the system. I then requested a specialist or someone who know more about the minimum requirements. The associate then went to the geek squad department to clarify the specifications and what would be compatible. About 5 mins or the associate comes out with the exact factory power supply for the Asus Ally Rog. I said this'll work, he stated that they packaged up a open box item for delivery and neglected to put the power supply cord in the box. So overall the customer service on the phone was ok at best I had to call back multiple time to clarify my concerns and I got disconnected a few times. Also I had a difficult time understanding some of the customer service representatives with their dialect when speaking with them. The management and the associates at the maple grove store where the most helpful. I just wish there was a better way to communicate with the stores in my area instead of having to call the customer service Dept and having them understanding my issues and providing me a better solution. Like being able to mail me a replacement power supply, or having an option to return and get the same or similar item. To avoid the inconvenience of me having to go drive a long ways to fix the issue myself. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. But I still feel my experience to what best buy used to be is below my expectations that I've had in the past.

Been playing stram games on and off since my purchase. This is perfect for the casual gamer in my opinion. I might pair it with the rogmobile xp later.

Perfect if you dont want to play high end titles. Takes up no space and can play older games with no problems. Perfect for playing roblox with my sons

One of the best Hand Helds to date. Can just play anything you throw at it. Best Buy was very helpful and my order arrived before the estimated time.
