Great Device when it works

I have sent it in for repairs twice and I will be asking best buy for my money back. Instead, buy the Ally X. It doesn't have the same issues.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you need to send the ROG Ally twice for card reader issue. ASUS is an ISO certified company, as a result, all products go into a strict quality manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free. We are aware of the card reader problem and this has been resolved by a hardware fix. If you are still experiencing issue, this is random. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. We recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. An RMA number is required to send it in for service. Perfect if you know how to use it

If you know how to fully operate a gaming pc thab this will be no problem all the games have worked so far just have to change the settings on the games. I have had it since it released and installed a 1tb ssd and i have had no issues, definitely worth the price.

The only down side is that it comes with windows 11 which is kind a complicated system for a handheld console. It is a hybrid, a computer and a console and sometimes is hard to understand and manage. Besides that, I love it
