It runs windows so some things usually run a bit better after a few updates which I am okay with it. This system isn't perfect but with time, it will get there. Many people are complaining about the minor things, but ignore them, this thing does what it is supposed to do. Get it, enjoy it, and don't look back.

I’m pretty good with tech, but I had such a hard time figuring out how to use this thing. It’s a miniature handheld computer, but unless you use your fingers to just tap on the screen, the “mouse and keyboard” input is hard to use. As for the software? I downloaded multiple things to it (like Steam & Battle.net) and almost none of the games I tried playing were actually playable. The ONLY one that was remotely okay to play was Diablo IV, but that’s available on every console and does not justify buying a $700 handheld console.
