Really fun and interesting but not enough power and a bunch of glitches tho they got sorted out.

This amazing machine is exactly is what ive been dreaming of! I've used windows my whole life so this is absolutely perfect. If you dont like windows your opinion may differ. But for me, i love this 100%.

Nice item faster than steam deck however the asus qa team should be fired all of them fire the janitor fire all of them...of course the as card slot quit working I'd send it in and be forced to go months without what I paid for.... but the. It would just die again so what's the point? Pretend it doesn't have an sd card slot

Unfortunately I had to return my Ally as my right joystick started to fail. It’s a Windows 11 device so it’s not very user-friendly. If you want something that’ll allow you to simply pick up and play, choose the Steam Deck as an alternative. The Ally has many software issues than will hopefully get fixed in the future. This device was definitely not ready for launch.

I love that i can purchase open box items. Best Buy is accurate with the quality description and allows me to feel confident purchasing

If your a streamer this is a must have, you can your resources to stream then use it to play some light games or higher games at like 80ish fps

This thing is awesome! A hand held gaming computer. If you expect xbox ease of use this is not the game pad for you. If your used to playing on a PC then you will manage just fine.

Great for what it is but have had some issues since purchase ( stick drift and sd card problems)

This is my first time trying a windows/gaming pc with a touch screen and I think Microsoft and Asus NAILED IT! A+++... I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for one.

problems out of the box. No issues with the sd card though. updates have seemed to fixed most issues so far

I absolutely love this! Incredible design bu ASUS. Handle held gaming oc and can go into a dock mode and be like a desktop. Planning on getting anothernone for my wife!

Takes a lot to setup but if you do all the software updates and understand how to config your games is definitely worth picking up. I recommend buying the 65W Anker charger.

Very powerful device, i owned the stram deck before and this feels like its half the size when you are holding it, very well designed.

I love this machine , the power of a PCnin a hand held. There was a mix up with Best Buy as far as me receiving my package , but we got it worked out.

I guess with all the updates this little piece of hardware is running like a champ. No SD card issues no overheating it's working very well for me.

Worked great for two weeks. SD card reader died and almost killed my SD card. Luckily my SD card is fine and it's just the ally... I got a refund for mine, Asus hasn't even announced the issue/cause so idk. I had other issues too just the nail in the coffin for me. See picture. Hardware failure.
