Works great, beautiful display and very easy to use.

This is such an awesome product. As a console gamer, I’ve been “PC curious” especially about games that I haven’t been able to access. While yes, the Rog Ally does require some fiddling around, I’ve really enjoyed learning and using this device to play games. It’s great on handheld and for under $100, I was easily able to purchase the dock I needed in order to play on my TV.

Tiny and good performance. Very good sound. SD card not work is well-known. However, I did not know it is not reliable. I used it as my major PC at home with everything connected (monitor, keyboard, xBox controller) I am not a heavy gamer. Most of time I use for Youtube. After 7-month use, one day it was on than went to bios forever, I have no choice but reinstall Windows After 7.5-month use, it suddenly made a bad sound, shut down and restarted in front of me. It was not because of any windows updates. It is an excellent-open-box item. OK, 15-months from manufacturing day maximum. Still short...... Good for everyday use, but I am not happy on its issues.

Great gaming handheld PC. I was hesitant to buy but after doing my research on it. I decided to give this a go instead of the steam deck. Coming from mainly console gaming this has given me a taste of what to expect going full PC down the road. Great device for remote play on Xbox and game pass Pc. I been playing Battle.net games and steam games. I play this more than my switch. I do highly recommend upgrading the ssd to 1 or 2tb.

Love it. The worst thing about the product is the battery life. Apart from that it is perfect.

Awesome handheld PC. Great buy! The out of the box setting make it easy to play some great games with the push of a button. If you are anything like me and like to tinker with settings you can get some amazing performance out of the integrated graphics. Would recommend this product highly if you are in the market for an awesome portable gaming PC.

Tweaks are needed to get the best match between battery life and game quality. Some of the controlling for games can be a learning curve that is not super simple, but the same is true on any hand held. Cannot play XBox games offline easily, so if travelling make sure you have a hotspot.

If you’re debating on buying this, stop debating and buy it!! It’s amazing and I can use game pass, Steam, EA, and more. Any Xbox or PlayStation games are available here on the go.

After a few weeks of playing on it, i can say that i really like playing on it. The biggest issue that i see alot of people talking about is that there is a long set up process. But once i got it set up, i have had a great experience with it. It is great for xbox game pass, which was my biggest complaint about the steamdeck. The proformance had been pretty good though i admit alot of the games i play are older and not as demanding.

Games in your hand i was looking at steam deck then this rog came out I had to get it it plays great anywhere easy to use so much fun this is what i was waiting for for years lol Pictures quality is crisp games look great on this it works for my needs games on the go controller response is awesome smooth quick too Just order the rog headphones too

I love this but the only issue I’ve run into was the sd card reader going bad but I didn’t really need the extra space so that’s not a deal breaker for me anyways. Windows on handheld didn’t take long to get used to either.

The rog ally can function as a laptop. It plays games very well. When playing in battery though you will notice some stuttering. My SD slot is damaged as it was burned inside out however it still works. Don’t bother with a SD card, just get a bigger drive.

Great graphics, runs games smooth, battery could be better. Overall great console.

I love my ROG Ally. I also own the SteamDeck, Nintendo Switch, and Legion GO, but I find the ROG Ally to be my favorite and go to device for playing games on the go or even when relaxing in bed. Because it runs Windows, everything runs on it. It handles AAA titles such as Hogwart's Legacy and Diablo IV just fine.

Fast portable gaming PC. Great device that needs to be updated. Be sure to get the extra protection.

My go to device for visual novels while going to bed. It's like a gaming kindle (also retro games and some jrpgs)

This handheld is great for those wanting a handheld with the flexibility of a windows device. One thing of note though is you have to understand that the experience isn’t going to be as straight forward as something like the steam deck or switch, it’s not a pick up and play device and will take some tweaking to get some functionality running smooth. Once you get it setup and running though it runs great and an impressive device.

I use this every day. Plays AAA games without a problem and is easy to use.

The Asus Rog Ally is a powerhouse handheld pc, I have had my first unit for about a week before it died out of nowhere that was a bummer. I went into bestbuy the next day though and customer serivce was great and they replaced it with a new unit. No issues so far and it has been playing diablo 4 on high settings no problem along with wow on high settings with no big frame drops. Overall im super happy with my purcase on this unit!

My favorite device! Great for travel. Works well when docked.
