I played in the high 60s low 70s deg with aggressive fan curves. Still it cooked my SD card. Granted I can just upgrade the NVME, ignore the sd card port and move on. Acceptable if this was some cheap device, which is not. Is a pricey handheld with significant flaws and to my knowledge this has not been officially resolved. Unfortunate as I truly enjoy using the Ally.

Super powerful and lightweight

I have a steam deck as well btw. This syncs perfect with my xbox so its painless to play. I prefer the grip and lightweight feeling of this. But Steam Deck is amazing as well!

It has it's little issues But they're easy fixes if you know how to use computers. I was going to buy a PS5 but I bought this instead. I would definitely tell everyone to buy it. I play everything from Retro games to Current.

Yes it does have some minor flaws ( 5/26 model ) but nothing that stop me from having fun with it.

I’ve been playing Starfield on it with no issues. Connects easily with Bluetooth to Apple AirPods. Im thinking about using it for Rosetta Stone when traveling. It is a PC after all.

Killed my microSD card

The screen is soooo nice with variable refresh rate. Even though it killed my SD card, i still love it. It isnt for everyone, still needs some tinkering.

Even on some AAA games I’m able to get 60fps on low settings and not to mention this device make emulation an amazing experience.

The negative reviews most likely lead to software updates which are a lot when you first set it up but after that its a breeze. High fps on Spiderman and Street fighter 6. Roms from super nintendo and sega run perfectly. A must have.

It's literally a pc in portable for. I would have liked that had more ram or another option to increase the ram but overall, it's very well worth getting one.

The Z1 extreme is great at running what you want without too much complexity. I run Warhammer Vermintide 2 average 90fps at 900p medium settings.
