I get 120 fps on the new forza game. Everyday i keep getting more and more impressed. Strongly recommended. I would not get the steam deck over this.

If you're looking for console ease of use you should keep looking but if you have a steam backlog you want to get through this is a good machine. Handles Red Dead 2 shockingly well.

Try not to touch screen while playing. Stick grips help. Hardware case with stand is a must. If you want a portable xbox this is perfect

I have had no problems from day one. I use it for steam and game pass and emulation. Casually some youtube other than that its been a grest handheld pc for me.

Performance is incredible. I love the Steam Deck but this is another level. If you are okay with a bit of tinkering yourself you can make windows work for you rather than against you.

The 120hz 1080p VRR screen is probably the biggest upgrade though. It's very hard to go back to a traditional 60hz display after gaming on high refresh VRR displays for many years.

Took a little bit to get started and games loaded but the ROG Ally is the perfect portable gaming system.

Battery last about 2 hours considering its a mini computer pretty good.
