This handheld device is an incredible product, my mobile gaming addiction is well taken care of because of its abilities. You will not be disappointed if you are an avid gamer who needs to game during any available times!

On my unit, one button has a occasional tendency to stick and the battery life is notably awful unless limiting power. Besides that, an all around upgrade imo over my old Steam Deck.

Great handheld especially if you have the Xbox GamePass subscription. Have yet to run into any issues for games i have played and was setup up in a relatively short timeframe.

Best handheld! Ive been running AAA games on low to mid settings and getting very playable frames! Its not heavy and the speakers are surprisingly good. I recommend!

Great handheld. Updates are rolling out and gets better by the day. Sold my Steam Deck asfter experiencing this thing.

I really like this device. I use to have a steam deck and I will say in some cases it is better. Just be ready to sit next to an outlet at times.

Great handhelo device for those who are ok tinkering with Windows.. I wish it had a better battery life however..

Great for playing games while traveling, bought a hub to allow hooking up to TVs in hotels.

A lot of issue surrounds ally since it came out but mine works flawlessly! People should remember that this is a mini pc so a litle bit of tinkering is needed. Would highly recommend for someone who likes gaming on the go

The ally has been absolutely fantastic, and aside from windows issues has bed without problems. The internal memory is sufficient for a few AAA games and plenty more. It runs Dying Light 2 with no issues.

I bought it for my brother so honestly I dont have a ton of experience with the all. I do have a steam deck though, which is much more user friendly in my little experience.

Good device, but mine stopped working after 2 weeks, sent it for service and waiting for repair. But when it was working it has a good performance for a handheld, the design is very nice and ergonomic.

Omg, this console is really amazing, the grafics are really good, no frozen game, is super fast, we can play whatever that we want, Diablo, call of duty, fifa, all that you want… you really need buy it if you are a gamer..

Machine is amazing but as a few flaws that asus needs to fix. If your not familiar with pc or windows id personally stay away as its not a plug in and play system.

Runs The Isle well. I use an emulator to play my mobile games as well. This runs everything extremely smoothly. My only complaint is that I have to hold it like a football to type in chat.

For 14 days i have really enjoyed my ALLY. If you can get past all of the windows updates and overall lack of accessories available this is great. It plays all the games i normally play and plays them well. But ASUS needs to step up on much needed updates to fix some issues. Especially issues with the SD card reader. Day 15 my sd card stopped working and i figured it failed. I installed another SD card, brand new 512g and it saw it for a second and then was gone. Neither of my cards are visible on other machines.... dead as can be. I figured after 14 days of no issues since i had a sd installed on day one that i wouldn't have issues but nope! Killed 2. Took my Ally back to best buy for extended Geek squad warranty and lets just say this is a joke too. I will be without my Ally for 2 to 3 weeks as they will not exchange after 14 days unless you purchase the 179 dollar warranty. So good thing you get3 months of game pass because chances are you will lose a whole month to returning for a replacement. Oh and there is no guarantee the replacement will not be a card killer either. Really disappointed in spending 700 bucks to have it have issues in under a month. By the way ASUS is aware but seem to not really give a hoot at this point as they state they havent had this issue on their test samples. As the internet is lighting up with the sd reader issue i find it hard to swallow they havent had this issue. At this point kind of wish i could return.

Amazing device, had a issue with my first one and had NO issue returning it for another at Best Buy. They made it easy and smooth. The device itself is nice, love the RGB lights and the overall size and weight

Works like a champ. Bought a docking station and the Ally feels faster than my desktop. On the advice side: Spend the time to learn all the hot keys. Can be a little frustrating if you are just using the touch screen.
