It is really convenient to have something like this where i can play xbox games but also download emulators to play. It’s like having all the retro and new games in palm of my hands

Chose this over steam deck. Battery could be better, but it’s an amazing piece of hardware tbh. After getting emulation, ps cloud gaming, remote play, steam and Xbox gaming all setup, this is an absolute beast.

I think the specs on this are amazing and I do enjoy gaming in it but the technology is not there for battery life. It almost negates the idea of being handheld. Only con but it is a big one.

This device, for me, is overall better than a steam deck in every way. Both are great devices. But, if you want to make sure you can play all your games, plus have the power to play them, this is the device you’ll want.

This takes a litttle time to set up to yiyr liking but it is versitile and ready to take on almost anything besides modern open workd AAA at reasonable frame rates (30-60) and resolution of 720p or so.

I dont get to play like I once did but having this make its easier. I can put it away fast when the baby is crying. Then pick it back up later.

Would be much happier if the sd card slot did not stop working towards the end of my return period. I was lucky in the sense that it didnt destroy my sd card. If they come out with a new hardware revision that does not have these issues, id certainly be purchasing another though. 512gb is simply not enough storage for me, and being able to swap sd cards on the fly is certainly important to me.

Exactly what I wanted. I am not a computer person and this is super easy to use. The armory crate puts all the games in one spot. Feels good in my hands.

No device is perfect. If you have the patience to deal with the windows OS you will be able to get more out of the device. I run it at 18W and a different fan curve when handheld. Performance is pretty stable.

This thing is amazing and is so powerful! It has a beautiful display and the buttons and analogs feel pretty decent. Would've been nice if they would have made them hall effect but not a deal breaker.

I ordered this handheld, expecting not to like it. After i was disappointed in the steam deck, but this ROG ALLY completely exceeded my expectations. I love this thing, it has quickly become my favorite place to game on.

A really portable PC only problem is that it get really hot. But is more for a shooter game. RTS games play nice like StarCraft 2

I love this thing. I wasn't completely aold onnthe rog ally, but it was on sale so i took the chance. Never going back. I will never use a laptop for gaming again.

I can't keep my hands off the thing! It's one of the best handheld PCs I've owned and I've owned quite a few so if you're looking for something with power and portability the ROG Ally is must-have for Just about anyone!

Ally fills the gap for me from sitting at my computer to being able to continue my games on the couch or bed when im tired of sitting at the computer desk. Definitely has its place for me.

Really love my ROG Ally, incredible performance for its size and makes handheld PC gaming a breeze. The 120hz screen is very impressive for a handheld and the specs allow for most games to run at solid performance.

I am very happy with the product. It runs almost every game. It is a fun device for me and my son. Perfect for not only game also for daily simple tasks instead of a desktop or laptop.

I have a real strong, love-hate relationship with this consul packs a good punch, but really lacks in battery life
