Love it easy on the road gaming connection with xbox controller easy

Ps4 level of performance in the palms of your hands, has windows and its caviats, but overall amazing machine, manage expectations and you'll be satisfied

This decice, despite some flaws, is amazing! Its perfect for me being in the navy, where a laptop is usually too cumbersome to use. Pefect to pull out and play some games with it.

Not for me. Battery life when playing at 20w or even 30w was terrible. Under an hour with most AAA titles. I think that Valve really balanced the Deck OLED with 15w vs battery. Hopefully Asus are taking note and focusing on battery for the next version. I’m sure this product works for a certain users but consider when and where you are using it before purchasing.

So far so good, it’s a product that’s still on its infancy. It may look like a console but it’s actually a portable computer. If you understand windows you should be right at home.

When it comes to a power, performance, and widest selection of compatible games, nothing else comes close.

A little tricky to set up if you’re not familiar with windows but I’ve loved it! Only downside is the battery life is not the best.

I am loving the ROG so far. I had problems with the first one and i returned it to BB and they gave me a new one. I was out of home town and during my travels it kept me entertained.

About a month in with medium to heavy use and mostly plugged in using the dock. No problems and runs all the games on ultra so far incluso Total War Saga games. Really impressive!

Very powerful and can run all my games from various digital storefronts including Xbox Game Pass. Happy with my purchase. I will probably get an extra batter pack for gaming on the go.

Very powerful for its size, once fully set it is an excellent handheld. The ability to download from Steam, GOG and others on the fly is great.

If you come into this expecting it to destroy triple A games you are severely mistaken. It shines in the low to mid graphic games. It can have keyboards, bluetooth mice, screens all connected simultaneously. Its a very capable machine. I personally use it to play Halo Infinite and even some light MMO 2D. It runs halo at mid settings great, and maplestory with ease. The controls allow you to personally your imputs for going from a shooter to a 2nd side scroller! Dead zones are kinda hard to simulate a mouse. Recommend getting a bluetooth mouse/ keyboard.

The 2 star rating is for customer service, excellent customer care however the 2 star represents more of the item it’s self which btw lives up to its reputation as being problematic. Problems include overheating SD card reader over heating battery not holding charges bios version being limited due to 335 being a total lag fest etc. however the problems I’ve encountered are bios version 335 being so laggy the device is completely rendered useless and windows would need to be reinstalled and bios version downgraded. The device did not hold a charge without being plugged in after a period of 3 weeks of usage. Device would not charge past 84% either. Right out of the box in the armory crate stream app did not function correctly and had to be completely removed and reinstalled did not detect apps until I update windows and bios version to 334. I like ASUS products however this thing was a total failure for me. Don’t take my word for it maybe it will work for you so go pay Best Buy a nice 600-700$ for this thing :)

A must have if you’re a gamer and love to game on the go. Bought my Ally cause I travel quite a bit, this just helps pass time.

I was very hesitant to purchase this. Reading all the negative reviews. But I'm glad I took it upon myself to try out, the rog ally awesome. Definitely will enjoy it

It is small pc literally cab do anything as a fully functioning pc. Game wise is pretty good plus extendable capabilities

Bought this to compliment my steam deck so i have a bigger variety of options. so far i have been pretty pleased with it. It can play anything you throw at it within reason.

They are the gaming system that I have played they are easy to carry around I even bought 2 of them one for me and one for sister that how much we love playing them

Pretty awesome console. Got this after my steam deck. Ended up selling the steam deck since this console is far more superior. Led thumb sticks. Can’t beat that. Could use more storage but I bought a 1tb micro sd card and that give me the storage I need. Only concern I’ve had with it is the main program that helps manage all your games and apps can cause the screen to completely go black and unresponsive while running games. Easy fix was just resetting my console. Haven’t had the problem since.

most of the hardware is pretty good but windows is pretty jank so I’d recommend throwing Linux on it. I got a good condition open box and the sd card reader never worked and it seems like one of the fans is going out. If you get it open box it’s probably a good deal I heard there’s a new revision with better quality now so pay attention to what build date you have
