Solutions include updating drivers, using a docking station, or RMA repair. ASUS extended the U.S. warranty to two years for affected units.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if the SD card reader on your ROG Ally is not working properly. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections. If all troubleshooting tips were performed to no avail, we recommend you send the product in for service if you are experiencing hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. ROG needs work

Sticks are jot as responsive as an Xbox controller. Deadzones are not wuite right. 2. Windows on handheld not as nearly good as Steam Deck 3. Battery life lacking

It does take a little time to setup but once you have steam and other apps setup it's easy to switch between apps. If you want to upgrade internal SSD later ASUS makes it easy with a cloud restore from the BIOS
