Great lil' on the go game device. Dont expect to play modern FPS or really detailed games on this thing but it does small and simple games as well as older titles perfectly. Ive been playing Divinity Origional Sin on it and have had no problems. Battery life is pretty meh but it will last at least a couple hours.

For $400 I can’t recommend the z1 non extreme enough. Especially if you’re willing to install bazzite or chimeraOS. It unlocks much more options, simplicity and, smoother more stable gameplay. Otherwise, windows 11 is still good. It just comes with the pros and cons of well.. windows 11.

Great device. Recommend getting a 2 tb expansion. Great for on the go.

Great system, truly love the lat out every easy to use and it allows you to play all your stream games easily. Fact you will need a strong internet server because it will not look good.

Bought it on sale. My only issue was the battery life. I purchased this to play emulation and had zero issues running everything up to ps2 games. Controls take some getting used to when playing xbox games, but you can sync up wireless devices.

I love the ROG this is the best portable gaming machine.

Everything in the Halo Master Chief Collection plays at 120fps maxed settings. Most of the recent games I can get running between 30-60 fps with some tweaking. 30fps seems to be the sweat spot for visual quality and playability. Since it is more or less a Windows gaming laptop minus the keyboard you can run anything on it. Battery life is “good enough” haven’t tested that to know the true limits but it runs long enough for me, haven’t been in a situation where the battery completely yet. It works great with my generic USB C dock, turns it into a nice desktop. I do recommend getting a wireless keyboard and mouse/trackpad to help with some desktop related inputs.

The z1 extreme is a amazing product. The joysticks are nice and firm. The battery life leaves a bit to be desired but overall, it can handle any games you throw at it. The storage capacity is kind of weak at 512 gb but you can upgrade it. This is a great product to take with you on the go.

I was deciding between this and the G Cloud, to use for remote gaming from my Xbox. At the time, this was only $100 which was worth it for me. It can run older Xbox games from game pass perfectly when i have bad internet and is excellent for remote gaming when i have strong.

As far as gaming handhelds go this thing is amazing. Battery life while gaming could be a little better but I wasn’t expecting it to be amazing. Graphics for the price are great. Again didn’t expect to get 3070 quality out of a handheld. Fans are quiet and upgrading the ssd was a breeze. 10/10 would buy again. Love this thing.

It's like a mini computer that can go anywhere. It has quality buttons and controls. The only downfall of it would be that the battery life isn't the greatest and that when playing games for extended periods of time it needs to be plugged into a charger

I was enjoying it for the first month of having it, played mostly docked and on TV. Then one night when I just wanted to play in bed , I noticed the right analog stick was grinding. Only 1 month in. What do I do? Go to Best Buy for service. According to my Geek Squad technician, it’s a known defect due to poor manufacturing standards. As this was 2 weeks out of return, I was given 2 choices: Pay $180 for the Best Buy Total, which extends the he return window, or ship it out to be repaired. So either pay an additional almost half of what I spent originally, just to artificially extend my window return window on a less than 1 month old product OR send out the unit with known defects to be repaired. Well…here I wait for my repair.

Worth Buying if you Travel a lot, Best Handheld to do every thing with. Even with GTA Rp it still runs smooth

Best decision i ever made was to buy my asus rog ally. Its a very powerful handheld capable of running the best AAA Games. The design is impeccable, from the textures to the lighting effect on the joysticks. You can tell alot of love and development took place in creating a handheld gaming pc

I play is just as much as my switch as a cozy gamer it’s great to be able to take my PC only games on the go I event decked it out to be a total “me” feel

This is very user friendly and easy to set up. Very impressed with the devices speed and quality! Definitely worth the price. I will be upgrading the SSD to 1tb soon!

I am an Andriod user and unlike the limitations on iPhone I was able to use emulators on my phone. The ROG with windows 11 is like a dream come true. Works great with emulators and steam, xbox apps! The battery however leaves a lot to be desired however is very manageable at certain settings.

Got a great deal for this beauty. Great for gaming.
