One of the best handheld gaming console I have used been playing days gone and cod mw3 on it very hard to not just take it everywhere I go and thanks to Best buy to ship it to me quickly and safely

Such a fun device! For the price this is going right now it is a no brainer purchase for any gamer. If you have no budget id suggest springing for the newer ROG Ally X but if you dont have all the money in the world this is a great choice. You wont feel left out because it performs the same as the new model just has a shorter batterh life. Ither than that the changes are very small and this Z1 Extreme will play all the same games and programs.

This is a powerful windows handheld however the one downfall for this is the battery life and also you will be doing updates a lot. Other than that, you can play almost anything on it.

It’s perfect for what I need it for, something mobile, but still be able to play all my favorite games no matter where I am. The battery life isn’t great but! I still enjoy it either way

Got it on sale, but I am very happy with purchase. Emulates gamecube, I am able to play playstation games and use my game-pass account. Love it and recommend if you’re craving that upgraded switch.

Its a good go to to play all your favorite games on the go and with a dock and keyboard its a mini computer i wish i would have gotten the extreme though hdmi connection seems to go in and out randomly

I love this hand held gaming pc. I actually sold this device to upgrade to the Ally X and I could not have been happier with this product for the whole time owned and now moving on that same feeling and that excellent excitement to my Ally X. I whole heartedly recommend the Asus ROG ally to anyone who likes technology! Cutting edge, news breaking, monopoly making tech candy! 10/10

Great product, kind of revolutionary in way. But definitely not for new pc gamers need more tinkering to get optimal performance compared the extreme and steamdeck. But once setup most games run fine.

Currently one month in and loving it! At the original price, I would have gotten the Z1 Extreme over this model. However, at $399, this made a lot of sense. I also got an open box deal! I couldnt be happier.

This is a phenomenal product! Such a large backlog of games I can finally play on the go. The battery though... that's the only negative. Luckily I don't mind playing plugged in.

My first gaming handheld. Absolutely amazing graphics and processor with the compatibility of Windows 11. Got an amazing deal pre Black Friday. Once you get your Ally booted up first time, make sure to go for the all the update, and there will be a ton of them indeed. Satisfied with my purchase and fingers crossed for steam os to arrive on ROG ally. Just need to figure out how to redeem the xbox ultimate gamepass as seems iam missing the redeem code in invoice and email which is a real bummer

Excellent device. I was a Steam Deck user, but this device is a pretty powerful pc. Currently this is my favorite pc because of the portability. Great fps and good temperatures. The z1 model has not let me down at all.

This beats all my expectations. Great for remote play on Xbox and PS5. Emulation of recent game systems and full Steam support. Only drawback is battery life, there are ways around that.

Was pleasantly surprised how good my ally looks since I got the open box “good condition” used one. It still looks brand new! Best Buy seems to have really good standards for their open box items. I’ve been using my ally every day since I got it about a month ago and have experienced no issues whatsoever. Additionally, despite being an open box used ally, mine still has valid warranty through the end of the year! I added a skin to mine just for fun, but it’s been running perfectly. I suggest getting grips for the inside of the joysticks though, as they tend to rub in the shell for them and create grooves.
