Disappointing situation

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I thought it is uncommon but after reading the reviews it seems like some people are having similar issues. I preordered one and was so excited when I got it. I opened the box and took off the plastic to find that the screen is cracked. I gave 2 because bestbuy customer service gave me zero issues with the return, but it was just a disappointment. I purchased another one (of course I have to buy it online). Hopefully this one comes without any damage, I didn’t even turn it on or open the whole box….so check your console before doing anything guys
