Right Trigger is dead out of the box.

Best Buy open box is a scam!

Be careful

Don't Buy Used

There was no charger in the box. This means geek squad lied about verifying it was in excellent condition... since they didn't even verify it was in the box at all. Contacted online live chat. They told me my only option was to get in a car and return it and that I will still lose the $25 expediting shipping fee no matter what.

Open box

The game was in perfect condition apparently but the screen kept on freezing all the time. I returned back with no issues.

Faulty product.

Tried two games per launcher on Steam and xbox app. Even tried calibrating it and it just doesnt register anywhere, even in the crate software. Back it goes to the store and backbi go to my reliable steam deck. Asus quality and things I’ve heard seem true so beware and don’t waste your time.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I certainly understand your frustration. Reinstalling Windows using ASUS Cloud Recovery. Please try to hold the volume down button and press the power button to turn the device on. It should boot into the BIOS menu. The ROG Ally's BIOS screen, with the ASUS Cloud Restore option highlighted. Press the Y button to exit EZ mode, then navigate to the Advanced tab. Select ASUS Cloud Recovery and press A to begin the process. You’ll have to connect to Wi-Fi to begin the download, and it may take some time, rebooting multiple times during the process. Great device l, but unfortunately I got a dud

Some games like Asseto Corsa i could not even start. Other games like Mafia2 crashes all the time. Red Dead Redemption 2, the FPS are so low it makes it not enjoyable and really jittery. ALLY 2 IS A GREAT IDEA WITH POOR PERFORMANCE

Poor build quality

Returned it and got another one and had a similar issue on the ABXY buttons. ASUS needs a better QA process.
