The bezel is very weak and slippery and likely to fall even when you face it down on surfaces. Within a week after purchasing, it fell once while charging. I placed it flat on the table away from the edges but because the bezel is so slippery, it eventually fell from the charging chord and cracked the bezel slightly. Battery time is inaccurate. It says 8hrs but fresh out the box and it only last about 3-5hrs depending on the screen brightness level (which is set below 50%). Overheats a lot. This is expected running windows 11 OS on a small device such as this one. Do not charge while using. Do not charge while in the gaming pouch. Back of console needs lots of ventilation. Not to mention windows OS issues that apply across the board. I only chose this over a steam deck because it can double as a computer, which I think is a plus. Other than these issues I am pretty pleased with the product. Especially since it can double as a computer. Make sure you get a case that won’t add to overheating, make sure you get a gaming pouch to place it in.

Based on the battery and overheating issue described, we recommend updating the BIOS. It is recommended that the BIOS and firmware be downloaded and updated for system performance optimization. The update takes a few minutes, please do not turn off the device during the process to avoid a critical problem that the system cannot be turned on. The following FAQ below provides the troubleshooting steps.
