Best Asus product I've ever used. Performance is great and appearance is great. Best Buy as always did a great job with customer service and getting me hooked up with this unit.

Was kinda skeptical at first but once I opened this when I got home I was truly amazed with the weight, functionality, and how the games really played on it! Great graphics and overall play! 10/10 in my book

Rog ally x is a beast of a handheld, run almost any game with fair graphics pre sets for the power available to you.

8/10 product and not a 10/10 of product for 1 main reason. Windows. Windows on handhelds has never and probably will never be a great experience always feels jankey. That said there is an alternative but it does take some work. I’ve used steamOS on this device permenantly (more specifically Bazzite) and this it what the ally needed to make it a true 10/10 product.

It’s better than what I expected faster then the first one that came out and it’s battery life is way better

This thing is great and finally allowed me to play my Steam backlog now that I can do it anywhere. You can install SteamOS on it now (or even dual boot) and have the best of both worlds. Highly recommend.

I love this thing. I wasn’t sure if I was going to get until my wife told me that it’s just a handheld gaming laptop that can double as a pc and runs my games waaaaay better than my gaming laptop did. My biggest gripe is that I wanted the Ally X in white and that’s obviously not available (sigh). Either way I’m super happy with my purchase and use it everyday.

This is the best pc handheld it just works you can use mods and do al the adjustments that you would do on your typical pc and with the other handheld price rising you can find this one a little bit cheaper and it works as a premiem one

Feels great to hold and the screen's specs are not only amazing, but adjustable! I love gaming on this device.

battery life and performance is excellent! a joy t pick up and play

I had got this for work as a night shift mobile tech for on my free time. It worked really well and was able to pass time playing online through hotspot and internet.

This handheld is amazing and I loved it while I had it. I regret selling it even tho I have the newer version. If you own this just keep it. Its a pc. Dock it , use it for computer work!

Got this and gave my friend my SteamDeck, happy with the move on the battery and graphics alone.

Love this handheld for couch gaming. It works very well for even new aaa titles and with good internet is an excellent Xbox cloud gaming machine for when you want better graphics

Great at running most games, but a poor battery life and a clunky operating system.

The extra RAM and the extra battery power make this device perfect. Wishing it had OLED but it’s def worth it.

Love the product. It works exactly like a computer. I would a 100% recommend for those who can’t have a computer currently or can’t afford one. I’ve been playing gta v on it and it has played amazingly.

Bought the device about a year ago by now, ended up selling it. It was great when I had it, good performance and the shape was alright. Only issue I had with it was the screen was a bit small. I'd definitely recommend it if you don't want to get the new generation of Xbox Allys.

bought this for on the go gaming, didnt have very high expectations/ but i was wrong, this thing is a monster running emulators, and can run almost all my pc steam games(with the exception of a few i older ones that just wont run, but instead crash). my only advise is upgrade the nvme ssd asap, a 4tb samsung 990pro with the heatsink will fit, and maybe a 1tb micro sd card.
