Fantastic handheld, frame rate is great for most games and the controls are smooth and responsive, interface has a bit to be desired but overall fantastic product

Certain games like Forza crash all the time but I'm sure that's a Windows issue. Upgraded the SSD to 4tb as the 1 it comes with is just a slap in the face. If it came with 2tb, I'd have just left it. Didn't like the slippery concave sticks so I put on some skull brand grippier covers. Overall, I'm satisfied and will just wait for the next Steam Deck.

Definitely recommended if you are a gacha gamer and you want to run games like Genshin, HSR, Zenless Zone Zero, etc, etc w/o having to go through headaches. Just download and play right away.

There is also a divot near the view button as well but it has cracked yet, but I can see it forming a line. Performance wise the games I've been playing are lagging more at the lowest settings.

Open Box Review
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased open box I purchased the open box and paid for the best quality. I have been enjoying it so far and works great, but it does contain some flaws. First thing is that the bottom of the handheld console was not fully closed in, as if someone did not screw the device all the way. I had to manually used my hands to clamp it back together. Second it did have one slight little crack which isn’t that noticeable until you see it. Third is that the right bumper squeaks a lot which drives me insane. I have to blow into it so it can stop squeaking. It does comeback after a while.. Everything else is great, but I do think the quality could’ve been better for how much I paid even though it was for an open box.
