I got an open box excellent product, which should contain all parts and function normally. Mine did not contain a charger and the finger print sensor does not work. I contacted support and was told to call the store. I tried to call the store and got no where. Like I said, the product is great and I enjoy it, I just wish I actually received what I paid for.

I have fiber internet but i don't get any lagging. I play all my fav games like COD, Fortnite, and NBA 2k26!!! Highly recommend this product!

The og ally is better , this does have some pros . Like the speakers and the grips. Maybe later on the performance boosts!

I can finally play kingdom come deliverance 2, on the toilet, while making music. The only qualm is if you’re analogs get screwed it may be bad news
