Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bough this 2 times becsue someone said that you need to do all updates from windows and asus and that would make it work fine, well i did everything and still had a terrible experience, random freezing, games taking forever to load, screen getting stuck, when the game did load it was hiccuping all throughout the game with medium settings on, this is not worth $400 dollars the way it performs, i returned it a second time, i bought 1 from bestbuy and 1 from microcenter, its safe to say i will never purchase another one..

From entering your password to closing a game it’s hit or miss with the buttons. Sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. I have so many Xbox games I can’t even play Natively on this unit because there not optimized or not play anywhere. So either I pay for game pass or rebuy the games. I’ll give it another year.
