Havent put it down exceeds expectations reccommened to everyone. Good for any game no kag or freeze just play time

I do a lot of traveling, so I purchased this system to play my Xbox games while on the plane. It has been great so far, and really enjoying the overall graphics and gameplay. While it's a little bigger than other handhelds I've owned, it's worth it. If you have longer flights (3+ hours), the battery life can be an issue, so just plan ahead there.

I bought this for my wife after hearing so many good things about it. She wanted to play on the go whether online or offline and this delivered and then some!

A lot of people say to skip this and get the ROG X. As someone who already has a good PC, this is perfect for playing games natively, alongside streaming from my PC with next to no latency.

I got this a couple of weeks and loved almost everything it had to offer. The xbox grips make gaming really comfortable. The sound quality was really good. The picture quality was good for not being an oled screen. Having the ability to use steam, xbox, gog or epic launcher for games is really nice. You can also stream games from steam similarly to the Playstation portable. One thing id say is the power leaves a lot to be desired. It ran mass effect legendary collection good, halo master cheif collection good and left 4 dead 2 with mods really well. When it came to spider man 2 and battlefield 6, it was a rough experience with low ghraphical settings and turbo settings on. Tired to get college football 14 revamped working on a ps3 emulator and was getting 1-14 fps. Didnt matter if the revamped mod was installed or not, if it was on turbo settings or tweaked settings in the emulator itself. Id say either stick with the Rog Ally A1E or pony up for the ROG ally xbox x. I guess id say you would have to ask yourself if you wanna try AAA games on it or stick to more of older titles.

The ASUS ROG Xbox Ally is a comfortable, high-quality handheld with a sharp 1080p/120Hz screen and great ergonomics. It runs Windows, giving you access to Steam, Xbox PC games, and cloud gaming, but performance is mid-range for heavy AAA titles. A good choice for portable indie and casual gaming — less ideal if you want top-tier performance for modern big games.

The ROG Ally is an absolute beast. It handles AAA games with ease, and the 120Hz display makes everything look incredibly smooth. It’s way more powerful than I expected for a handheld, and being able to play my entire Steam and Xbox library on the go is a total game changer.

I mostly like the fact its easy to use! Also, it takes handhelds to the next level! By far the best purchase I’ve made!

The rog xbox ally is a good qaulity console with good battery life. The performance has been on and off but that may be due to hardware limitations or simply driver issues but when running it can handle a solid 60 frames 720p with rsr on well.

This gaming console is no slouch. It perform exactly as described. The only caveat is the amount of memory it has. It should be about 1 terabyte due to the size of games these days. Overall, no other complaints or issues. Graphics are great, even paired it with a set of Viture AR glasses which took it to another level. Great job ROG.!

When we opened it and tried to set it up, it gave the option to select the language. We tried to select English multiple times, but the machine was stuck in French. I had bought the machine brand new and it seemed to be region locked. It was almost 3 weeks before we were able to even use it. I had to bring it back up to Best Buy and ask if other people were having this problem and they told me they were unaware of it. geek squad did end up fixing it for me for free however they said that they should have charged me which I think is crazy since I bought it brand new and it didn’t work correctly. Now that it is in English, it is working correctly. Obviously the storage isn’t as great as the black device but that is OK. It does the job.

Out of the box it runs as it needs. After placing all the settings to what I prefer it runs great. This is the best system to have over a gaming laptop for traveling if you are wanting to play single player games or light multiplayer while traveling. I do recommend this if you travel a lot and have some down time in between.

This product has impressed me time and time again. I love playing games on it. This is the best one with a sale on memorial day.

Great for on the go gaming, I’ve had 0 problems with this product and would recommend to anyone, pretty much a small computer in your hands.

For anyone who is primarily a PC/X-box gamer this is an awesome alternative to buying a Steam Deck. Works on everything my daughter has played and she has had no problems with it. Little complicated to initially setup, must make sure not only to install all Windows updates but also ASUS device updates and drivers. Pairs perfectly with external storage and a hdmi monitor though that did require adding a USB-C port expander that added both USB-C and USB-A ports allowing a external keyboard and mouse plus external storage. Port Expander I bought also has Gigabit Ethernet and that is nice as well. Bluetooth and WiFi both work well. Internal SSD is easily accessible if you wish to upgrade to larger internal storage.

With PC compontents becoming more and more expensive, the ROG Xbox Ally is one of the few more budget friendly options. Although it isn't nearly as powerful as some of the other options, it also cost more that half as much. What you get is a great handheld capable of playing most games at 1080p. It's even cabable of playing a lot of AAA titles if you're okay with frame gen and upscaling at around 30 FPS at 900p. Also, with Windows's new Xbox mode, the Ally feels more like a legit console, and the experience is improving all the time. I also use it a lot to stream games from my main PC. I know the name is a bit of a mouthfull, but if you don't mind tinkering with settings, and Windows in general, this is a great piece of tech!

A great way to game on the go, convince is there and the screen size is perfect in my opinion. My only complaint would be the screen brightness is a little low.

The handheld if good. Win11 Xbox mode is a lot slower than it should be vs SteamOS or WBOX.

Very fun product that took a little while to get used to the rog additions but very easy when figured out
