SteamOS/Linux is still better

Win11 also is slower performance, still takes up a lot of ram, comes with Office, OneDrive, MS Teams etc installed etc (which makes no sense). Win11 setup process is buggy too. MS needed to actually clean up Win11 way way way more than this nonsense. Steams interface is much better. You can use BazziteOS or ReignOS on this. I'm sure SteamOS will support it to if it doesn't already.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty good!, have in mind that is much of a PC than n "Xbox Console", it works great with its own hardware but one tip, you can get a cloud gaming subscription like GeForce Now to "rent" a much powerful "virtual hardware" to play like if you had a RTX 4080/5080 gaming PC, I usually dock it to my TV to play Expedition 33 on maximum graphics and/or lay on my bed for more comfort and continue playing.

It's nice be able to have a handheld that easily runs game pass, epic, steam, etc....Design is very comofortable which is also a big plus Mine lost a couple of stars because the A button started gettign sticky about a month in. I'm sending it in the get fixed but it doesn't bode well for the craftmenship adn longevity.

Great Device, but Best Buy is incompetent

Long story short, they sold as Open Box - Excellent, but forgot to include the charger advertised that it comes with. They wouldn't provide a charger, a replacement charger, or even a credit. They wanted to exchange a device that had no stock to exchange, so when they realized that their only solution was to return a perfection working device, they forgot the charger for...a company that literally sells Asus replacement chargers for these devices couldn't ship or take one off the shelf to provide, so I had to buy one myself, to have one of these in time for the holidays. Best Buy and their employees/policies might be lacking some serious common sense.
