I do not understand why this needs copilot and microsoft office demos pre installed on it. there was a good 45 mins of removing microsoft junk from the device but after that it was good I would recommend the debrand tempered glass (because dust looks like scratches on it)and kill switch case becasue its a great case and has a kick stand

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned this after spending some time with it. $1000 for a 7” screen and loud face buttons is unacceptable. Ergonomics are good but the device is still pretty heavy. The software is buggy but this should get ironed out over time. This device should be priced closer to $700 based on the current features and hardware. Also, please do not expect this to perform like an Xbox. This is a PC.

However when we try to log on it sometimes gives off a warning status without any other information so a hard reset is needed. Shouldn't have to do that for a brand new console.
