Really like this thing. Gaming handheld on it is mostly smooth and the controls are great. Works like a normal pc when I hook up to monitor and keyboard/mouse. Even works fine with my old Rift headset. Gamepass that’s included is a nice bonus too.

It is a great device for gamerswho like to travel and use steam while being able to play xbox games though i do not agree with the price if you have the money and like handheld pcs then pick this but it takes some tuning

This handheld is amazing it's my first Windows handheld so it was a little difficult to get used to it first just figuring out all the ins and outs of it but after that it's absolutely the best gaming system I've ever had

Really love my XAX. Works with all the games I already ow on Steam and my game pass subscription is paid until deep 2026. So far, haven’t found a game that doesn’t run great. Over all, awesome handheld.

Spend all your money, its worth it! Seriously, it is the best way to play Xbox or Steam on the go! If you play for the Xbox Experience, it plays best with PC compatible games, but you can easily cloud play or stream anything you have downloaded to your console. Not PS compatible, but you can still crossplay with PS players. I also can use my Airpods as a headset with ease. Recommended for the gamer in your family.

Great handheld was really impressed with it but mine happened to have a GPU artifacting issue after one month so I sent it in through Best Buy repair under 1 year manufacturer warranty and they ordered a new motherboard and replaced it for free

This is my first handheld PC and I really like it. The screen, even though it's not OLED, looks great, and it's very comfortable to use.

I’m playing Arc Raiders at 60 FPS on the Xbox Ally X. Not only does it run smoothly, it also looks about the same graphic quality wise as it does on the Xbox Series X. This thing is a monster!

This is a great handheld and does run everything you throw at it. Some games do require adjusting the settings. The only downside is that it does take some windows based knowledge to set up some systems. It is not a plug and play device. For me it is not a problem but if you have no computer background it could be a bit much to handle. One last thing is most system games rely on internet connection which is almost impossible on cross country road trips and costly for internet connection on planes and hotels. I have unlimited data but connecting to towers deep in hotels greatly diminishes signal.

This thing is Awesome! I'm an older gamer & use it to play all the indie titles that I want to play but refuse to play on my overkill PC. Very comfortable in the hand and has a decent battery life.

Wonderful device, my only qualm with it is the 1TB SSD, if it came with a 4TB SSD I’d be giving it 6 stars!

I buy it late night and now I have 12 hours using it without sleeping, the best buy I have made this year.

Gameplay and battery is so good with the device but I preferred a larger screen with Lenovo Legion go 2. Having issue with xbox full experience though when changed to 4tb samsung 4tb pro

Works as advertised just don’t expect to play every pc game on the controller parts. Great for story games and works well for multiplayer too!

Feels solid, nice quailty hardware. No issues with the screen or sticky buttons. Nice packaging. Did store pickup, and the transaction was smooth and fast.

The Xbox Ally X is one of the best purchases I've made. The device is powerful and can run the newest games out just fine!

Honestly, I’ve never been more satisfied with a gaming device! It’s performance & ergonomics is top tier!
