I have only used it for one day, but I did play with it for several hours. Started with cloud gaming Fallout: New Vegas. Silky smooth game play and it performed very well. Then I downloaded and played COD:BO7. While the controls took a little getting used to being farther apart then a controller it performed flawlessly. I was very impressed overall. The only negative comment would be the trigger is very sensitive.

Very ergonomic and runs games really well. Can do older triple A games with ease. BF6 takes a bit of tweaking, but I find 7 inch too small to see enemies far away (I'm also bad at FPS lol). I do have the squeaky right trigger which is a minor annoyance, but what's more unforgiving is stick drift right out the box. The LCD is really good, comparable to Switch 2 but I still prefer OLED. Xbox full screen is okay, after all the updates it loads and runs without issue, but I mostly use Steam Big Picture mode which sometimes doesn't fill the whole screen and I have to reboot. But most importantly, Steam Deck OLED vents smells better. (IYKYK)

Great new technology. First time having a Hand-held console and it has impressive peeformance. The portable advantage gives a more immersive aspect.

Was this kinda expensive? Absolutely! Do I regret it? Not in the slightest! Don't get caught up reading which handheld gaming system is the best. I love everything about this. I love how the controls fit perfectly and the access to all my games plus more. The sound is superb, I catch myself watching movies while on the road and taking a break from gaming. Asus knows what they are doing when it comes to handhelds and this is money well spent.

I absolutely love it. I'm coming from a steamdeck OLED and without a doubt I'm loving this thing more. It runs on windows instead of linux so it can add a little corkiness with updates and stuff but because it's windows that allows you to play every pc game that steamdeck doesnt allow because of Linux. Also this handheld is just much faster and powerful you won't be disappointed. Even at the price I try not to complain when knowing there are other handhelds that cost more already and are not as powerful.

I recommend this device, awesome for gaming, emulation. Install any app for entertainment. Awesome for travel.

I love my Asus Rog Xbox ally x handheld computer console it’s definitely amazing and I just bought my brother one and he can’t wait to use it and I use mine all the time I haven’t touched my Xbox series S in a while now since I got my Asus Rog Xbox Ally x!

The xax is a beast, and it compares very well to other handheld pc. I have fhe legion go , steam deck oled, switch 2, claw a8 but i would choose the xbox ally x as the most pratical handheld out of all of them. The soeakers are amazing, the performance is very good, and i really like the software updates for armory.

I've had it for a couple of months so far and it's been a very strong performer providing quite possibly the best gaming performance out of all of the handhelds. It also provides the best Windows experience thanks to armory crate and it is incredibly comfortable to hold as well. While the most common complaints for it is its screen I still believe that it is able to provide a good enough visual experience to coincide with the performance you get from it.

I love this handheld. Being able to run more than one launcher plus emulators is a blast. Playing anything from BF6 to Fallout New Vegas to Emulating College football 14 with the College football revamped mod with zero issues. If you want the most out of a rog handheld, this is your best friend.

I absolutely love my ROG Ally X. It gives me a true Xbox/PC gaming experience on the go with excellent FPS, great performance, and outstanding battery life. ASUS really knocked it out of the park with this handheld. I've always had good experiences with ASUS products, and this device is no exception. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful handheld gaming system

Probably my favorite Gaming console to date. I love the portability and the ability to pretty much any game I want. There are a few limitations to it but it's mainly due to some games not being compatible yet. I'm sure that will change as time goes on.

I have a Steam Deck (LED 256g), Gen1 Ally Z1e, and Gen1 MSI Claw (i5). I love my handhelds, but the power and comfort of the Xbox Ally X is outstanding. If I use FSR, I can get over 60 fps on Doom The Dark Ages, 1080/handheld settings. It's a real beaut. The larger battery and faster RAM really make a difference as well. The Xbox full screen experience has a ways to go before it's perfect, or if you prefer, you could always install Bazzite and have a super Steam Deck

Purchased this as a gift for my husband as an upgrade from his original rog ally and it is definitely much better! The graphic and processing speed are fantastic! Hes able to play all of his favorite games like FFVII rebirth and Oblivion remastered without any issue and it looks fantastic! I definitely would recommend this for anyone looking for a great hand held. It stays cool even after hours of gaming and has a great battery life.

One of the best investments I have ever done. The Asus Xbox Rog Ally X has been such a blast to play with. You will absolutely love it. Very powerful device. I highly recommend it, I've been playing Battlefield 6 on it with no problems. I can't wait to explore and see what this device has in store for me.

Best purchase ever the ergonomics on this handheld are the best of any gaming pc handheld. I do recommend this handheld specifically if you are a dad who doesn’t have to much time to play you can take this handheld anywhere very compact and comfortable to play with. 10 of 10

I was interested in the RoG because im an avid gamer, since my daughter was born. I have had little time to sit down and play a game. This machine works well because i can jump on almost anytime. I have been enjoying the multiple platforms it caters to. I have a couple games on steam i play and my xbox is linked with xbox premium, my library is very large. The Rog will play pretty much anything right now. Im enjoying it very much
