This is amazing! The Xbox integration is what sold me. Full access to most Console Game pass games. Cloud gaming, to continue between console and handheld. Feels like a controller and the sound quality is top notch. One of the best investments I have made!!

I have absolutely love this device. It handles games like a dream, and is incredibly comfortable to hold during longer gaming sessions. Battery life is pretty good, especially if you’re playing older games or indie titles.

Rog ally x is an amazing product. I read many complaints regarding the screen but it’s perfect. This is a handheld and the screen fits the perfectly with the control grips. As for the non oled screen it’s really does not affect the game play or any of its functionality. For the price point it’s 100%

Takes awhile to setup but once you get everything configured I find this device to be way better than my steam deck. I absolutely love my steam deck but I always dreamed about having my xbox play anywhere and steam games together in one place. Requires someone who enjoys tinkering a bit so I love it. The main thing that I can't state enough is just how quiet the fans are. When I push this thing to the max I can barely hear the fans. I can't say that about the steam deck or legion go.

Has been great for gaming on the go or even just those lazy days where you dont wanna get the whole setup together. Has good enough power that i can run my ultra modded games with zero issues Due to it being a pc you can even use it as a mobile workstation by hooking it up with a keyboard and mouse. Only flaw is that the grips on the side can become slightly uncomfortable after a while. 10/10 very much enjoying

Shipped fast, product was in excellent condition upon arrival despite being an open box purchase. Controller feels good and is comfortable for extended play time. Battery life is excellent! I am very pleased with my purchase!

I originally bought this for myself and i loved it. My son saw it. I let him use it once and now its his. So he has an early birthday present. Get myself one after i pay this one off

Works on most AAA games but do need to lower setting in games like Starwars Outlaws to be able to get 30 fps. Certainly not a gaming laptop replacement. Kinda disappointed when it struggled to run on 30-35 fps on some games, especially given the price tag.If not looking for portability then would recommend spending half the amount and buy a gaming laptop.

I have a Asus ROG Ally and had the Steam Deck and the battery life with this ROG XBOX ALLY X easily quadruples battery life easily against both and the interface when you change between games or services like Gamepass or Steam is streamlined makes just jumping into a game that much better.

it is awesome as long as you understand it is a handheld PC and not an Xbox. do not let the naming or hype fool you, or you will be disappointed when you find out it will not play your Xbox library unless said game is Xbox play anywhere.

This handheld is a perfect companion for your Series X/S.Its a bit pricey but worth every dollar and its very easy to switch from xbox mode to desktop mode.

The hardware is great. Ergonomics are tight, and feels lighter than you’d think too! The only thing is windows on a portable is still not great. Compared to SteamOS it is nowhere near as fluid. Still a great purchase and especially with all other handhelds, steam deck included, going up in price.

I had a laptop for travel before this, and this has made it so much easier. It runs great and can play most games. I did however find out that playstation titles on steam don't run well. Other than that its great.

I love this device and also dislike it! Love reason #1 portable and design : awsome to take on the go and the look and feel is unique, brings me that old school nostalgic vibe my Nintendo Gameboy days. Dislike reason #1 I only got 1 for now and it was actually a gift for my little sister-in-law, so imagine two grown adults fighting over a Nintendo/Gameboy/Mini Pc hand held whatever! Eye poking is not worth going blind. Must buy another!

After owning the Steam Deck, ROG Ally Z1 Extreme, and Lenovo GO 1, I can honestly say that this new Xbox ROG Ally X is by far an excellent machine. I'm very happy to have it.

I would expect that with the name Xbox in the product that I would be able to natively load cloud based Xbox games on the Rog Xbox Ally X; that currently does not appear to be the case. I am forced to use the remote Xbox app and log into my Xbox at home. While it works Ok, it is far from ideal. When I am playing remote the virtual keyboard in the game does not work. I had reported this same issue with the Xbox remote app on another device. This makes remote play only viable for solo play as you are unable to type messages. A work around is if you are in a party using the Xbox app for communication but that would need to be arranged outside of gameplay. My hope is that native support for adding the cloud games is added and that the keyboard issue with remote play is fixed sooner rather than later. I only recommend this if you are willing to pay a high premium for a powerful but crippled handheld experience.

I honestly thought I was going to hate it but was I wrong. I’ve been knocking out my backlog because of this and it’s so efficient I get decent time on battery and when plugged in forget about it it’s beastly.

Exactcilent gaming pc for on the go gaming. What I cannot play on pc natively I can remote play from series x console or cloud with gamepass. I love that it doubles as a laptop alternative with mouse and keyboard and an external display as options.
