Going from my ROG Ally to Xbox Ally X, you definitely see a big difference. Outside of price ($1000 is too much for any handheld), this is definitely the right step in the right direction for handheld gaming!

My forst handheld gaming pc it definitely works way better then i thought it would no lag even on games thatwould lag the xbox 1 which is impressive to me still learning the features but definitely would recommend

I’ve owned every other handheld this year and the xbox ally x is my favorite. Sure the screen us small but man is it a pleasure to game on. Colors are vibrant, sound is amazing and performance is outstanding.

Comes exactly as presented. Easy to start and set up with included Xbox integration. Works better than I expected running all of the modern Resident Evil games at a stable 60 and sometimes 120 fps. I would recommend if you are looking for a handheld PC and are willing to pay extra for better performance.

Feels so nice in your hands. Love the fact that I can toggle through Xbox, Steam, and windows. Screen is super crisp. Buttons and grip feel great. I love it. Coming from a Steam Deck OLED.

Amazing system and even though the price was a bit high I don’t regret and my purchase it was worth every penny

Great gaming device! I was able to play all my Xbox games without any issues. Definitely consider buying AR glasses like Virtue Glasses so you can play on a 155” screen instead of the 7” built in.

I've had the ROG Xbox Ally X for about a month now and I'm loving it! I upgraded from the original ROG ally Z1 extreme and its very nice to have the 24gb of memory. I love how this device handles going to sleep over the original ROG Ally. I wish they could have a 2TB Nvme option or a second m.2 slot as I'm always need of more space. Another thing i would love to see in a rog ally is an OLED screen.

I went back and forth on buying this, but I’m glad I did. Make no mistake, this is a PC, but I really like it. Performance has been great and I have no complaints.

Works great never lags in turbo mode runs any game. multiple power settings that hardely effect gaming and a large battery. I have been using this device with a usb c to hdmi cord connected to my tv flawlessly as a high end pc.

I’m surprised to say the XAX has mostly lived up to my somewhat unrealistic expectations of a $1K hand held. I’m new to PC gaming so the jankiness and splintered experience has been an adjustment, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons. I was previously taking my Xbox S when I traveled for work and that was inconvenient enough for me to make this investment. Depending on the games you play the white version is probably good enough but I’ve heard at the $600 price point there are much better options
