Performance is great, but the overall handheld experience didn’t meet my expectations (UI felt cluttered and standby behavior wasn’t reliable)

I would heavily recommend this. The battery. Life is pretty good. The process is pretty good and the handheld controller just like a Xbox

Could not be happier with this handheld. Took some getting used to and figuring out the settings but the graphics are great.

Works amazing. Did not know how I’d like handheld gaming but I like it for non competitive games the screen is too small to get competitive for me

Can't get enough. Yes it has its issues with the OS and is not a fully PC however most of the games run with almost any issues and resolution and FPS is great for handheld.

So far it's been a great device, it's more powerful and more comfortable than the Asus Ally extreme. It's built better, and had more storage. With the software updates thatn have come out, this is a must buy for any Xbox/PC fan that wants to have a great powerful mobile gaming system. I've had no problems with it so far, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I absolutely love it. I’ve been wanting a handheld for a long time and I’m glad I waited for this one. It’s feels great in the hands because it feels like an actual Xbox controller which is great for me because my main gaming experience is through Xbox. It’s not too heavy in my hands so I can sit there for hours and play without getting tired. The only thing that annoys me about it is when I turn it on from sleep mode instead of a full shutdown, it usually lags and I will have to let it sit there for a minute before my button presses and stick movements will register. It’s easy to navigate for me and even if I can’t figure something out, there are plenty of tutorial videos on the internet to help me out.

Best ergonomics in a handheld and runs some modern games pretty weel.

I already has steam desk but this one run game must better I don’t give it 5 stars because is still had software problems like in game, very difficult to turn on in game keyboard to chat with AI

The Rog Xbox ally X is a powerhouse! No issues so far and runs everything I throw at it! Very comfortable to hold as well. I would definitely recommend it!

Very good quality and a very nice size. A little pricey but my husband is obsessed with this item!

Powerful enough for most games, nice screen, good batter life. The only thing is sometimes Windows logs me out and then doesn't recognize my PIN to let me back in, but that's a Windows problem more than a device problem per se.
