The ROG Ally plays most games just fine at 900p. The screen is crystal clear and the colors are pretty vibrant. When the fan spin up it makes a small sound but nothing too distracting and the heat never really takes over.

I use it at work every day to play Darktide and Helldivers 2 also plays Monster Hunter Wilds well. The system feels like I’m using an actual controller and not awkward feeling like switch and steam deck and yes I own them all. The price is a bit steep but worth it to me.

Solid Handheld pc. 1 month in and all the buttons and joysticks work great still. WIsh it had 32GB of ram and 2Tb SSD though

Product works great for what it is. I prefer to use steam for pc games and itd be better if they could partner with xbox to make an app extension but honestly its not that big of an inconvience. Games run great screen looks good. Lack if OLED is not an issue for me. I did purchase a 1Tb sd card but space is going to depend on the games you play and install.

It’s a beast was playing bf6 at 130 fps and can play pretty much anything just wish it had a oled screen

Easy to set up and use. Display and speed are exceptional I would also recommend a case to put it in. Thoroughly satisfied.

First off. the tech is amazing. The feel is awesome and fits nicely in my hands. the only issues i have were with the software. One example was having 3 copies of one game running in the background and not being able to close them easily. Hoping they make the experience way much better later on than where it currently is. To add, i didn't feel much difference from my Z1E in the games that i play. That said i decided to return the unit.

It absolutely takes time to get use to , and the software issues take 30% of my time but the flexibility makes this device king of the hill , i cant wait to see what becomes of the competition in the future [ a new giant challenging companies like Nintendo and sony ] and the first move was tearing down walls Absolutely a first steps to countless more and no it was not the first but it made the blue print its own

Plays games good, the manual power settings rock, with proper settings it will play most games at 60 fps

Love the Ally X. Well worth the price for everything it can do.
