Switched from steamdeck, performance is excellent, I was worried id be disapointed with the LCD screen coming from the steamdecks Oled one, but it has still been a good display and I don't miss the OLED as much as I thought I would. Performance and ergonomics more than make up for the display change. Speakers are surprisingly great on this thing. Overall very happy with the purchase

I was on the fence about buying the ROG Xbox Ally X because of the price! But, I'm glad I did. This is my 1st handheld and 1st gaming PC, so that also gave me pause. I was worried that I would struggle with the differences from console gaming. But, it was pretty easy for me to get over the learning curve. If you're on the fence like me, listen to that voice on your head and go buy it. You won't regret it.

I love the Ally X. Its a great handheld pc. I got mine on release and unfortunately that one was faulty but i was able to order a new one to replace it. Ive had zero issues with the one i have now and it plays all my games in my steam library.

So I bought this as open box fair product and the pc handheld itself was in perfect condition, the performance is amazing and it’s one of my favorite purchases so far. My only issue was the customer experience I received. When I arrived to pick it up, the Best Buy employee handed me the box after I verify myself and before I walked out I saw that the label said no charger, I asked about the no charger and she shrugged and said that was how it is. I spoke to a friend from work and some people on reddit that went through the sake situation as m with the same exact condition and no charger and when they brought it up to the employee at pick up the Best Buy they bought from gave them a brand new charger for FREE. I am still considering the exchange but my only issue now is that I know the handheld itself is in great condition, but the fact that I was treated that way is frustrating.

This device exceeded my expectation in terms of graphics design and the most of all the ability to handle any gaming task without logging. it is even compatible with my PS5 so I am able to play my PS5 games on it whenever I travel, as long as my PS5 is in sleeping mode this is a great choice for me hence why I gave it five star.

Just what i was looking for something portable and able to play anything I throw at it. Just give it a try!

This is what i was hoping it would be. I am anle to play all the games i want and the battery life has been great. A solid handheld for the casual gamer for sure

This thing is awesome I use it mostly for gaming but I’ve watched a movie some YouTube also done some discord work

I love this product, I wasn’t really into handhelds but I do love Xbox and since this is an Xbox branded product I had to get it and ever since I got it I been in love with it playing it everyday and every game I play looks so good. 100 % recommend

the handheld is an absolute beast, it performs really good in the lower wattage settings, I keep mine at 17 watts. no need to use to turbo or play plugged in. 17watts is the sweet spot you get great battery life and performance.

The system works well and is easy to figure out. I would recommend getting a dock with a fan attachment. The system gets a bit warm with some games. If anyone needs a good controller for it get the ASUS ROG Raikiri 2. It works really good with the handheld

Love this thing. Best purchase I’ve made this year so far! It works flawlessly docked paired with my Gigabyte RTX 5070 GPU docked with the AG02 eGPU dock. Couldn’t have picked a better setup for both on the go and docked at a desk. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this handheld. I have all different handholds, and this is the best one. I like it more than the steam deck. It is literally the fastest very easy to use I totally recommend recommended this handheld. You can add way more icons to launch a lot more different apps and everything else. Those are just the ones I have in the pictures, but there’s PlayStation on there and everything else too.

The Xbox Ally X is a very powerful handheld. Games run smoothly thanks to the strong processor, 24GB of RAM, and fast 1TB SSD. The 120Hz screen looks sharp, and having full Windows support means you can use Game Pass, Steam, and other PC launchers with no restrictions. Pros: • Excellent performance for a handheld • Smooth 120Hz display with VRR • Comfortable Xbox-style controls • Full Windows PC freedom Cons: • Very expensive • LCD screen (not OLED) • Windows setup can feel clunky on a handheld Overall, it’s an amazing device if you want top-tier portable PC gaming, but the price and Windows experience may not be for everyone.

From sitting on the couch, to laying in bed, to a 4 1/2 hour plane ride. This device has been awesome! I have a on 17W power i was able to squeeze well over 2-3 hours of battery life on my recent flight! Granted that was with a few breaks here and there. I find myself playing more on it than I do on my PC setup. Its so much easier to grab and then kick back. If youre on the fence, just buy it!

Has quality speed and accessibility. Once you get past the learning curve of the impressive technology its a awesome handheld laptop wirh xbox interface. I use it docked every day and have 0 issues with the quality once you set up a good balance to the system. Love the machine. Is exactly what i needed.

Best handheld out there . Runs anygame you throw at it , i played resident evil 4 remake , baldurs gate 3, diablo 4, apex legends , space marine 2. Super comfortable to play for long hours and the battery is great even when playing AAA games .

Excellent windows handheld. I was able to play my selection of games across Steam, Epic store, Game Pass, and battle.net applications. Some games took tinkering to play well, but so comes the experience with PC gaming. No regrets.

I love my ROG XBOX Alley X. It runs Battlefield 6 on low settings and is actually playable however I mustly use it for more casual experiences. Im excited to be able to use it while traveling.
