    My online order was cancelled so I had to come into the store. They were super nice and helpful. And had me in and out wile fixing my problems in under 30 min. One of my best experiences at Best Buy!

    My husband loves this console and hasn't put it down since we got it. Only thing is you can only put one account on the device so it makes it harder when I want to use it. My husband said the graphics aren't the best, but what can you expect from a handheld console!

    This IS an Xbox. Most games today are Play anywhere. This plays every play anywhere game. Indiana Jone? Play anywhere. 007 First Light? Play anywhere. How is this not an Xbox? 10/10

    Great handheld device, ergonomics feel very nice, windows bloat could do without but hopefully in future full screen experience gets ironed out, and wish screen was 8" oled

    Device is comfortable not to heavy love the grips. I chose this over legion go 2 would rather have more portable comfortable device and will purchase a portable gaming monitor for more intense gaming on the go.

    Overall, decent performing handheld. Only downside is the screen size/aspect ratio. Hopefully the next iteration is a 1200p 8 inch screen at minimum.

    Relatively easy to figure out if you aren’t used to pc’s. I will say there are things that still need to be figured out it gets hung up on updates and will sometimes not want to turn back on when it restarts.

    This technology has evolved throughout time and it’s been so easy to pop into a game or even a web site switch over. The grip is amazing, there is some lag to the right joystick but other than that great device.
