Coming from a console only player the xbox integration with asus really made it easy for the transition over to handheld pc gaming.

New grips are awesome and feel comfortable in your hands. Only 4 stars because my right grips plastic creaks and squeaks while using. Not bad just an annoyance on a $1000 machine.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, this is NOT an Xbox so don’t expect it to be one. Second of all, this is not a console therefore, not the most user friendly device. Windows holds back its true potential (I installed bazzite, a Linux distro) and I immediately noticed a 10-20% jump in performance and bazzite has a very user friendly interface (similar to Steam decks operating system). Its ergonomics are the best out of any handheld I’ve used (yes even the steam decks) and Xbox full screen experience isn’t terrible although it’s half-baked. I do plan on returning this at some point but if you want a good Pc handheld, this isn’t a bad choice. If you want a console-like experience, DO NOT BUY THE XBOX ALLY X

The Idea of what it is supposed to be though is awesome
