    It tends to crash frequently, likely due to Windows. The controller also doesn’t work properly when using the keyboard, so you end up relying on the touchpad about 75% of the time. I’ve had it since launch with fairly limited use, and I still experienced stick drift pretty quickly. Overall, it hasn’t been worth the price given the number of issues I’ve run into. There are several other problems as well—I’d recommend checking forums or YouTube for more details. Personally, I wouldn’t buy it again. I’d suggest going with a Steam Deck instead (either the original or the newer version, if available).

      We do understand your disappointment with the ROG Ally and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing system crash. Windows 11 works properly with the device. To maintain optimum system stability and performance, ensure Windows, drivers, BIOS and games are up to date. Additionally, check if you are running the most current Armoury Crate utility software. Furthermore, while accessing cloud games or web applications, ensure the device has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will affect system stability and performance. Keeping the device always updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance.
