    Xbox full screen still needs work and screen is too small. Witch was 8 inch at least

    I should have not tried to get a open box, the min USB ports were damaged and the charger was to it was loose and wiggly. I would charge and disconnect as soon as you moved, returned. I'm buying new was not worth saving $50 on a grand get it new.

    Compared to a xbox it doesnt play games well, considering its double the pirce that is a let down.

    It’s decent. I believe it’s very over priced for a few reasons. First, start up time is very slow. Opening games sometimes takes up to 5 minutes. I’ve also had issues with games crashing during the middle of a game. It feels and looks great but for that much money it shouldn’t have those performance issues.

    High Price, Small Screen, Didn’t Meet Expectations

    I used this unit for about two weeks and, unfortunately, it didn’t impress me. I really wanted to like it and had high expectations. While it is technically a PC, you can’t use standard PC Game Pass without upgrading to Game Pass Ultimate, which was disappointing. The screen feels small, and the large bezels make it look even smaller. The handheld itself is comfortable to hold, but that alone doesn’t justify the high price. I ended up returning it and purchased a Lenovo Legion Go S with the Z1 Extreme instead. The chip offers very similar performance, more RAM, a much larger screen, and a more affordable price, which made it a better value for me.

    This is one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. Don’t get me wrong I loved playing it but the problem is the software is so buggy that I can’t play. So what is the point it’s basically a useless brick at this point. And keep in mind I also exchanged it twice for the same issues. I have to send it in but I’m traveling right now. Lesson learned! Asus doesn’t have a quality control and they don’t care to put out an update that will fix the situation. I learned a super valuable lesson and I’ll have to send the product in when I get back home but for now I’m traveling with and absolutely useless product.

Additionally, check if you are running the most current Armoury Crate utility software. While accessing cloud games or web applications, ensure the device has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will affect system stability and performance. Keeping the device always updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance.     Wouldn’t get because of windows

    I got this and returned it. It’s nothing like a pc just so you know. Well speed wise at least. I mean I have a 5080 so maybe that’s why. But settings have to be low. But the main problem is using windows in a handheld. I waited hours with updates before even playing it. I’m returning it. I mean it’s playable. But nothing like I thought it would be. I’m going to try steam os

    Steam Deck or Xbox Ally X???

    I had one an returned it, nothing special. Minor improvement over the Steam Deck, but certainly not worth. Windows OS is also slow and clunkly at times. Most likely could be resolved with updates. Go get a steam deck for half the cost and you wont know the difference.

    Defective Unit?

    So far I was able to get into the device, download one game, play it for about an hour, then powered off for a trip. Next time trying to power it on, it gets stuck at the logo screen and cant enter bios or do anything. This is apparently a common problem, and required an RMA. Make sure you check the device after it drains completely for the first time to make sure it boots back up again before the return policy is up.

    It’s okay

    Ergonomics are the selling point of this device. Software and fse are buggy. Screen is kinda small for text. The price point of this device forced me to look at other options which is why I landed on the Msi claw.
