The new 4K and Dolby atmos upgrades are nice the movie itself is great even w rewrites and reshoots, it works and turned out a great movie!

Gritty, dark, and without a happy ending, this is by far the best Star Wars since Empire. The film draws you in with characters you genuinely care about, which makes the ending all that much more difficult to accept. The story neatly fits in right before episode four and really is a great vision of how the rebels came up with the death star plans. Many many edge-of-the-seat minutes. Occasionally overacted, but that's to be expected from a group of relative newbies. The Blu-Ray is typically excellent. Disney doing great things with Physical Media. It's nice to still be able to hold a move in your hand. Those days are numbered,

A perfect standalone movie that fits equally into an iconic saga. With great picture quality this is a must buy

Although this is a filler story it seemed a little lacking... the best part of the movie is when Vader goes boss!!

I really liked the fact that this movie broke from the typical Star Wars cookie cutter movie mold. Yes the ending was unexpected if you have not seen this movie but it was needed to flow into the episode 4 story line. Too bad this wasn't always the first film as I think it is a fantastic lead into episode 4. The movie was engaging and special effects were in my opinion the best of any star wars film to date including episode 7. As far as the blu ray aspect goes the picture quality was incredible and up conversion from my lg 4k player to my OLED tv was flawless. I would have loved to have purchased this in 4k hd but I guess Disney is just late to the game. The only reason I did not give this blu ray 5 stars is the audio track was good but not excellent. I noticed several of the action scenes where there was a fierce blaster fire fight the sound of the blasters sounded muted. I don't recall if this was the case in the theatrical release but I believe it probably is and so this is not a fault of the transfer to blu ray. Other than that the sound track was pretty good. I never lost any dialog mired down in sound effects and the base effects during explosions were very good.

Hello All, I am always very Happy with my purchases at Best Buy. I got a notice about the Star Wars Rogue 1 movie in a Collectable tin that came with. 3D-Blue Ray-DVD- and Digital copy from my Best Buy App on my phone. The Movie is Excellent and I love the collectable tin. I have it with all of my other Star Wars movies that I own. Proving once again that Best Buy is, The Best Buy! I am hoping to save up to get a 65-75 inch 3D-Blue Ray 4K TV 240hz when Best buy has another great sale going. I will be watching my Best Buy app closely in the near future for great deals and Fantastic prices. Be well All. Happy Easter. Gil

The best Star Wars movie, the quality of this 4k Blu Ray is impressive.

4K is great with Star Wars. Period. And Rogue One is such a great film, and so different from other Star Wars! Yay for Star Wars 4K!

Awesome Movie, this disc has greatcsound and a excellent picture . If you are a StarcWars fan you wint be disappointed.

Enough itself has already been said about the movie, but beyond that, we have here an incredible steelbook set that includes Rogue One in 3D! The 3D is incredible and is how the film should be viewed as it really adds a depth to the Star Wars universe not previously seen. While not directed Rogue One related, I hope Disney one day allows the release of Episodes I - III in 3D as The Phantom Menace was in theaters that way, and the other two were completed and finished. Nevertheless, this 3D steelbook is incredible and worth every penny and is a needed part of any Star Wars fan's collection!

Great movie in the Star Wars franchise, better than the last trilogy of episodes

This was my first 4K V+Blue-ray disc that I purchased since getting my 4K Sony TV from Best Buy and it was a great purchase. Rouge One is, in my opinion, the best Star Wars film outside the original trilogy. And the 4K video transfer is perfect, never getting in the way of the story but at the same time enhancing the viewing experience. I don't have 7.1 sound but the audio sound pretty good on my 5.1 system. Recommend for all Star Wars fans.

Visually, this movie is amazing, especially in 4K! My only critique was the sound had to be turned up rather high to hear it. But, to be fair, I don’t think my sound system is equipped for 4K’s true sound. Something I tend to take care of in the near future.

Holy digital perfection Batman! From start to finish this is an absolute reference quality disc, amazing AV from start to finish!

This is the film that we've been waiting for. Episode 7 was simply a mash-up of Ep. 4, Ep. 5., and Ep. 6. It let us remember the marvel of the Star Wars universe but it was unoriginal, bland, lacked depth, and merely perked our interest. Rogue One is essentially Episode 3.5 but damn1T, it was perfect. The characters are fresh, the humor is unique, and the story line fits into the 'galaxy' seamlessly. It brings you into 'A New Hope' while giving us hope for the possibilities of Episode 8.
