Does 4k and is fast. Does not do HDR but hopefully there will be an upgrade to allow this.

I have 4 ROKU devices in my home. This one by far is I huge upgrade even from the ROKU 3.

Roku is the best streaming device available right now. I know that the Apple fanboys will disagree but I can't find the flexibility in the Apple TV that you get in the Roku. I know Apple TV is catching up, but for a flexible and powerful solution, GET THE ROKU! There are small complaints that I have (native ability to read VOB files from the USB port) but overall there isn't a better streaming device out!

I'm new to the streaming world. I'm finding Roku gives me all the options Directv (which I loved) gave - at a fraction of the cost (I was paying $104/mo). I have it combined with Amazon prime and have plenty of free viewing options. Find yourself a reasonable Internet provider and you're set.

The Roku streaming media player does exactly what it advertises. Happy with the product.

I was worried this was a waste of money but it was exactly what we wanted. I've only have to restart it once because someone set something on top of it and it got hot. Other than that no complaints. Menus and apps are superfast and gets a great WIFI connection. The voice search function is fun too. I'm definitely enjoying my Roku 4!

Great buy, it was a tough choice between this and Apple TV. I'm happy with my choice.

I have had Rokus in the passed, and their streaming stick. I have always liked them, but the Roku 4 I love. It is super fast and the streaming is top notch, no bufferring at all and the picture and audio quality is by far the best I have seen in any Streaming media player from any brand. You wont be disappointed with this model!!

The Roku 4 runs great, it has more options and a clearer picture than the old Roku 2.

This streaming device has a lot to offer versus comparable devices such as Apple TV. Don't forget that the best streaming devices are only good if there is a great network behind them. As I purchased a Google OnHub TP-Link router the previous day, I decided to go with the Roku 4 since it was dead easy to set up and there are more channels. The interface is very snappy, and streaming is excellent.

Channel lineup is good and features are good but speed and video quality is amazing

Don't know why this Roku had to be so big and bulky. I mainly bought it for the Plex app and it's 4K ability. However it doesn't recognize my Seiki 4K TV.. Don't really know why.. It does connect at 1080p. I got tired of messing with it and now its in the resale pile

If you research a little before buying, this can be a very enjoyable little machine . I already had Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon, so setup was a breeze. My next plan is sling TV, and a digital antenna, and I will cut the cord completely. You need a good internet connection speed, or you will be disappointed. This can be a great device to own if you want to stream a boat load of different shows.

Same great performance as roku 2, but with a 2160p picture to go with my new tv.

I had a Roku 3 and the 4 is great too. Love the voice command and remote finder.

very slow box compare to roku 2 except roku 2 would get hot and you can cook eggs on it roku 2 though is faster for the last 6 months i had been struggling to get a good device but havent been lucky be careful best can ban you from returning or exchanging boxes

I have an older Roku 2 and Apple TV and Roku 4 is the best! Very user friendly.
