I bought the Roku 4 to upgrade from the Roku 3 and so far I have not been disappointed. This one's intended as a gift for my mother, but I may just have to get one of my own!

Bought this for my dad, he loves it! It is so easy for him to use! He can easily watch all his favorite Netflix and Youtube videos!

The fourth induration of the roku device works extremely well, with all available online options.

Best thing since sliced cheese!!!! cut the cable and subscribed to sling !!!! thousands of free movies on other apps, I have apple tv as well but Roku 4 is wayyyyyy better.

Since we no longer buy blue-rays, DVDs, or CDs, we never use our SONY Blu-Ray player. Then, we got a 4K LG TV. So, now we needed a streaming device that (when they become readily available) will stream 4K content. Enter ROKU 4! It's fantastic. It's way more stable than our SONY box ever was. And it's way cheaper that the new SAMSUNG 4K device. And, it has an extra feature that no other devices have yet: voice commands! So why would anyone buy anything else to stream content, especially 4K content?

I have had the roku media player in the past and have been pleased with it. The roku 4 has exceeded my expectations. I love it.

It's so good. Like really good. Clear picture fast respond time. I haven't used the headset yet but give a number to call and I'll let you know how it goes after I do.

The Roku 4 does exactly what it is supposed to do. Works perfectly. Easy to set up and use.

Already have a Roku 3 but was unable to stream UHD content from Netflix and Amazon. The picture is amazing and even the regular HD content seems better than on the 3.

Looked for something better than basic streaming device.. and Roku has evolved to more than just a player. The earbud option is really awesome connected to its remote.

Works great! Crystal clear streaming on 4K TV. Still has all the free channels you love from older models. Has a the ability to play 4K videos from you tube as well.

I love my Roku 4. I gave my brother my Roku 3 and he loves it as well. There are many more features with the 4 version and it works great on the Sony or Vizio tvs.

Best Roku player out there, bar none. I've tried Amazon FireTV, and that's a good player too, but I'm pretty biased towards Roku, simply because of the ability to customize the home screen, as far as the placement of your apps. No adds, no fluff, no BS, just your apps. I was surprised at how fast it is, and it's quiet. The best thing about this going from a Roku 3 to a Roku 4? That annoying bright light at the front is now very dim and not even noticeable to me. Highly recommend.

I didn't think the Roku 4 would be much better than the Roku 3 but I love it. Should have bought these a long time ago.

I don't give it a5 star because sometimes you have too booted! It's freezes for some reason ! But all in all great pic quality and over all streaming device !

So I first bought this ROKU, which is absolutely awesome. Then for a real dumb reason I went and bought the Amazon Fire, well, the ROKU totally outbeats the Amazon Fire. One of the main reason I say this is the search feature. If you search for a show, the Amazon Fire will only display the option available on Amazon Prime. If you search the same show on a ROKU, it will show you if the same show is available on Netflix, HULU, Vue, Sling, Amazon, etc. It will show all available options, not just Amazon. Also, NFL Sunday Ticket is not available on Amazon...that right there ROKU got my vote.

The Roku is pretty much the bee's knees... There's no negative thing I have to say

roku 4 is a little faster than the 3. I like the fact that the 4 model actually turns off not just a screen saver.

Quite a difference from my old Roku. Much easier to work with. Only problem it does not allow you to turn off unit. Just unplug the cord from back of unit.
