The product Is easy to use and is a great streaming device. Get rid of your cable bill and purchase ROKU and pay 30.00 dollars a month for PlayStation VUE. It is well worth it.

I was skeptical going from cable to Roku. So far, it's been a positive experience. Using two remotes is nothing different, what does take some getting used to is the tiny remote.

The Roku 4 would be a great device. Some of the things such as the remote has been known to not work at times. The device does get really hot. I Even changed the setting within the Roku to operate it's built in fan faster. Yet the heat on the device is alarming. The device faults at times because of this. If it wasn't for that, the device would do what it claims as well as move relatively quicker than other streaming devices.

Brought this to have access to my plex server through its app. Wifi seems to run really smooth even over thr distance. Only down side is the boot takes just a little too long

I purchased the Roku 4 to give me UHD support from Vudu onto my LG 65EF9500 (OLED) the picture was great but the lack of HDR makes me feel like it's not the perfect solution.

There are more options than I thought would be available BUT it is frustration typing codes every time I want to choose a channel.

Like the new Roku 4 Ultra HD capabilities but device disconnects and does not respond to menu or ok button. Forces me to disconnect power from Roku so it restarts and connects again. This is really a flaw unless I'm doing something wrong. Then again if I need to do more then it really starts to nullify the convenience of it all. If I wanted to do this I would walk up to tv and manually change channel like the 80s.

I really wanted to love this Roku because i had the roku 3. As a cord cutter these streaming devices are a necessity and we cant watch anything useful without them. I don't think this Roku is bad in any way but I did end up returning it for the Apple TV. The Apple TV was just a better overall experience. Smaller footprint, better UI, Better remote. I know its a small thing but they no longer supply a lanyard with this. Also you should be able to use private listening on multiple devices at the same time.

It's a great streamer except it gets really hot when it's on which causes it to freeze up.

I was tired of my samsung smart tv interface and frustrated with Apple tvs lack of 4K support. The Roku 4 is simply the best way to watch 4K content if your tv supports it

Product quality is very high. The interface is designed extremely well. Unfortunately I had issues with streaming 4K contents to my sony 4K projector via Marantz receiver.

Very happy with my purchase. I also have the AppleTV and have been very disappointed in it. The Roku gives me almost everything I want and need. The 4K is fantastic!!!!

Purchased the Roku 4 after research on cutting the cord with Direct TV. It's the best device for streaming and has 4K capabilities!!! I should have bought this sooner!!

My wife signed up for PureFlix and we needed an easy way to stream it to our television. This is the fastest and best way to perform that task. We use the device daily.

I LOVE IT!!!! You don't realize just how in the dark you are about what's out there to stream until you get one of these. Very easy to use on both my Sony & Vizio tvs.

Roku is very fast in it's operation and I love the ability to connect headphones to the remote especially at night for listening without disturbing others in the family.

Great ROKU has Quad core processor for fast streaming. If you have good internet buffering is not an issue. Cool option has internal fan for cooling down the unit.

Bought a 4K TV Samsung TV and upgraded from the Roku 3. Extremely pleased with this product and would highly recommend.

The Roku is perfect for tv's without smart capabilites, and cord cutters. This is the best way to get HBO NOW as well.
