I am not technology savvy, so the setup was still slow. However, the directions were excellent, and I had no trouble understanding the setup. The sales representative also gave me some good pointers that made the experience much nicer.

This one is is to replace an older one and is the one I watch 90% of the time. Unfortunately the 1st one I purchased in December had issues with skipping and repeating, I thought maybe the thumb drive was the issue so bought an unused one and still had the same issue so I returned it and replaced it with the same model and I am still having the same issue, so I tried calling tech support and the wait was 1 hour and 31 minutes. Will try again tomorrow to find out if there is any explanation for my issues and any alternatives.
